This restaurant is located in the small village in the countryside, nevertheless, it is very well known. Especially cuisine is very popular. The owner of the restaurant is very often present and serves to the guests. Meals perfect, prices little bit higher for this area, but acceptable. Great meal there: Goulash.

I was there several times to have a lunch. The location of the restaurant is great, right in the main square in the city. Normaly, we choose from daily menu, which is each day different. We prefer here czech cuisine. Unfortunately, once we had very small portion of the meal so I decided to make a complaint. It was solved by the sale but there is one small bad experience.

Average food, good service, located in the centre, near to river. There is place for chidren and in the time of lunch is smoking prohibited.

Visited in May 2017. Nice beer-garden with view to the river and the castle. Very kind staff. We ate typical czech meals. Price comparable to the competitors in the place. Maybe would be better to have more brands of beer, I had Bernard and did not like but the meal was okay.

This was my first experience with this restaurant. Honestly, the outside area of the hotel looks old-fashioned but once we tried to enter - the court (sitting in the beer garden) and had a lunch. It was typical czech cuisine for friendly price. If you are hungry, you probably would not make a mistake. Good meal for good price.

Our Newmarket coach stopped here on way to Prague for lunch. Very reasonable prices Toilet is .20€ and salads about £1.2 with different sizes available. Good selection of hot entrees, soups, desserts. Gets a little crowded with large coaches all stopping together, but service is very fast and efficient. Very cute goats just outside the restaurant that are friendly.

Příjezd k restauraci je po nezpevněné a dnes po dešti i bahnité cestě. Parkoviště je ve stejné kondici. To je bohužel dost nepříjemné. Z venku působí restaurace delší dobu bez investic, ale ne zchátralý. Interiér je malý ale příjemný a útulný. Hostinský je přátelský. Bylo jasné, že větší skupinu na oběd asi nečekal, ale zareagoval rychle, vše roztopil a vše bylo rychle. Vývar byl silný a dobrý. Mix Grill jako hlavní chod nebyl špatný, nicméně dost pochybuju, že to bylo udávaných 300g. Tiramisu jako desert bylo chuťově OK, ale bohužel neztuhlo. Byli jsme o tom ale pozdeji informováni, že se to ne zcela povedlo.

Útulná kavárna/palačinkárna, v níž to vypadá, voní a chutná jako doma u babičky. Solidní výběr pochutin v tekuté i pevné podobě solidní kvality za solidní cenu. Na místní "gastronomické scéně" podobný podnik dlouho chyběl - v kontextu ledečských poměrů působí jako příjemné zjevení.

I eat there quite often and can confirm that this place is good for eating. Mostly, we choose from the daily menu that is always different and various. The price for this kind of meal is from 3,3 EUR till 4,4 EUR. Apart from daily menu, you can choose from stable menu. Good value for money.

Navštěvujeme pravidelně, naposledy před týdnem. Cukrárna je kousek od hlavního náměstí ve Světlé, a řekl bych, že je docela vyhlášená díky počtu zákazníků, kteří se zde zastavují pro zákusky a chlebíčky. Uvnitř je malé posezení, lze si dát čaj a kávu a samozřejmě sladké. Nečekejte modernu, ale funkčnost. Velmi příjemná a ochotná obsluha. Neuvěřitelné ceny - i za 12 Kč si vybíráte z několika druhů. Zákusky nejsou přiliš velké, ale to vůbec není na škodu, člověk si pak může dát třeba kousky dva :-). Čaj a káva jsou takové normální, nenadchnou, neurazí, zákusky jsou klasické, ochutnali jsme jich zde spoustu druhů, akorát jednou byl dezert sušší, ale jinak dobré. Ale kde si dnes dáte kávu, čaj a zákusky a zaplatíte za to 70 Kč za dvě osoby?!
