Off I-75 North, Exit 314. Great authentic Mexican food!
Mexican restaurant menus, like Chinese restaurant menus tend to be similarly designed to American tastes. As far as food, this one is very similar to most Mexican restaurants. The restaurant is clean and the location is just off the Interstate. Where this one excels is in its customer service. The staff is exceptionally friendly and exceptionally attentive. Your drinks are always full, the chips and salsa are always replaced and the food comes quickly. They are always smiling and always polite. So much so that it takes you aback (in a very good way). If you are in the area and have a hankering, try this one out.

Southern Cuisine, served "ASAP", As Southern As Possible. Made from Scratch including: Chicken N Waffles, Shrimp N Grits, "Train Wreck", Smoked Pulled Pork, All Sauces, Dressings, Desserts and a Full Selection of Sandwich and Salads.
If you are on a diet, don't come here. The food is caloric and very Southern. We have been here multiple times over the years, both for lunch and dinner. This time we stopped for dinner and planned on having dessert. They encourage you to make reservations online, which was quite easy. We came in a couple minutes early and had to wait on the benches outside, since it is small place that is packed with tables. A few minutes later they came and got us and took our drink order. The decor and feel is like you are visiting someone's house, someone with lots of tables and lots of dishes and flatware that does not all match. Each table has the cookbook on it, which has most of the recipes for the unfamiliar dishes, except the ones that were created after the cookbook was written. At dinner everyone gets the house salad, which has strawberries and a slightly spicy salad dressing. We both love it. They also served pieces of cornbread with butter, one each, which was also quite good. My wife had the Texas Country Fried Chicken and loved it. I had the Low Country Shrimp & Grits, which was very rich and came with 4 medium shrimp and 2 large or jumbo shrimp, all wild caught. It was great and the large shrimp were especially tasty. We had saved room for dessert, with a nice selection of cakes and pies, huge portions. My wife went with White Chocolate Blackberry Cake and was very happy with it. I went with Pecan Pie and also loved mine, including the spiced crust. We ate every bite. Service here is always great. The food, service and atmosphere bring us back and always leave us with pleasant memories.

We stopped here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. They had an all you can eat lunch buffet which included, ham, roast beef, Turkey, shrimp, clam strips, all vegetables, trimmings that you would need at a very reasonable price. Great view of the lake from the rear eating area. Well worth stopping here.

Russell Stover Candies is a familiar and beloved name to lovers of chocolate the world over. Currently the largest manufacturer of boxed chocolates in North America, the company's roots are deep in family values and traditions.
We always stop here when in the area and seem to always buy something. We have their rewards card, so every once in a while they have freebies. If you don't mind getting chocolate for last years events like Valentines Day, you will get bargains here. The Bloopers (mistakes) boxes are fun for us, but some need to know what they are getting and don't like them. They also have ice cream and things like chocolate covered bananas, if you don't want something in a box. And yes, they do have sugar free candy.

America's regional favorites served with a smile! Enjoy our generous portions and genuine hospitality. Our menu consists of soups, salads, sandwiches, spuds and appetizers. Our beverages induced our hand-crafted, famous sweet iced tea, fantastic unsweetened iced tea and lemonade. All of these delicious beverages can be enhanced with flavoring such as peach, strawberry or wild berry. Coca-Cola products are also available!
Ordered a Taco Salad and a cup of chili. Since the cashier was training and had a "supervisor" with her, there was extensive discussion regarding the order. The order which was delivered is not the one placed. When the expediter was informed, he began to instruct how the customer had made a mistake. It took some time to help him understand that the cashier had made an error. In addition, the bill revealed that a large water is not provided free but entails a sixty cent charge. This was not mentioned during ordering either.

We are a Civil War Themed Restaurant serving on premises Smoked Meats plus Northern and Southern dishes. Beer and Wine soon...
After reading some positive reviews, we decided to check this restaurant out for lunch last week. I had to wade through the numerous signs on the front door to see if they were open, since it was 12:30 in the afternoon and there was not another car in the parking lot. I assumed that they must be closed. Eventually, another couple showed up and expressed irritation about how they had tried to stop there before, but the place was closed that day. I think that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is an odd feeling to be in a restaurant at what should be their busiest time, and the place is absolutely empty, making you wonder what does everyone else already know about the place.
The place seems like it is just barely alive. There was only one waitress, and I think she said that it was her first week there. I asked her several questions, such as about the owner mentioned in their long apology letter posted everywhere, and she did not know the answers. I then heard the cook ask her how to make my brisket sandwich, so I’m assuming that he was new too.
I’m not sure if it is good or bad that you can see their supplies stacked on shelves. I saw that they had gallons of Sweet Baby Rays sauce, which is good since I use it at home, but maybe bad because I would think a BBQ restaurant would be a little creative and try to make their own sauce. The place has very low ceilings, and my co-worker had to duck his head (quite a bit) to get through the doorway to use their restroom.
Part of their apology letter said that they are often out of “burnt ends” and brisket, and that the owner is gone a lot- working out of town. Sure enough, the waitress said that they ran out of “burnt ends” the previous day. So, I got their brisket sandwich. I’m not a big fan of greasy, butter toast for my sandwich instead of a bun, but it was ok. The baked beans were sort of like Winn Dixie beans (maybe they were?), being sweet and thick (which I like) but not having as much bacon as Sonny’s.
The only other couple in the restaurant ordered hamburgers, and it seemed to take a long time (and several follow-up questions) for them to get their food. I saw that they had several decent varieties of beer in the cooler, so I would probably give them another try if I was in the area. They had a board listing several deserts, but we did not try any of them.

At Los Magueyes, we strive to provide with the best Mexican dinning experience in the Wildwood, Fl area. Our authentic Mexican dishes allow us to take our amigos on a journey back to our casas (homes) in Mexico and have a taste of a homemade meal.
Heard from a friend about this place and very happy she told us about it! It’s in a large strip mall. Inside, the decor is colorful and very welcoming. Small bar area but large space inside restaurant area with many tables. The menu and choice of entrees is terrific with every possible Mexican dish you would want. The chips and salsa are great, as were our entrees. Husband had enchiladas with white sauce and I had a beef stuffed quesadilla. All served with the best rice and guacamole! Prices are very reasonable and service timely. Food was served hot and plentiful. Although there is a full bar of drink choices we each just had beer. We will definitely be back!!!!!

This is just an old fashioned restaurant with home cooked meals. It is only open Thursday to Sunday and it is only a buffet. Don't miss the sweet and sour sauerkraut. Excellent pineapple hushpuppies. Great Turkey and ham. Good stuffing. Great fish. Easy to get to and just a nice outing.

we are located in a plaza between Bushnell Family Practice and Family jewelry and Pawn
Food is good and reasonable. Service was good. Just a small restaurant doing a good job. Don't expect fancy dining or miracles.
