A Very Unique Locally owned, Independent Gastro-Pub Located in Historic Downtown... Great local music Wednesday through Saturday. "Chairman's Reserve" Beef and Incredibly Fresh Wild Caught Seafood. In House Smoked Meats and Some of the BEST BBQ in Town.
The ambiance is really nice, has so much character. Live music on the weekends (not sure during week nights). Pet friendly - sitting outside.
The food variety is great. We love the mussels and tuna bowl. The only two times I had issues with my food (steak overcooked was one), they replaced it right away and were very professional.
Music can be loud, but its fun! Lots of happy people go to Marion Street. I wish we had more of those restaurants in downtown LC.

Really, really needed a cup of coffee while driving. Used the good ole GPS and up popped up Ellianos Coffee. Picked it over Starbucks to try something unique. Easily found the small drive through and had the best cup ever. Mint mocha with extra shot of espresso. I will now make this my go-to Coffee spot on I-75.

Texas Roadhouse is a steak restaurant providing legendary food with legendary service. Texas Roadhouse specializes in hand-cut steaks, fresh-baked bread, fall-off-the-bone-ribs, and made-from-scratch sides. We also serve ice cold beer and legendary margaritas. Treat your family and friends to a night at Texas Roadhouse.
Hostess was so sweet, wish I would have gotten her name. Very crowded, but was seated and served pretty fast. My husband is very picky with the tenderness and fat content of his steak, but he said his filet was the best he had ever eaten.

We serve gourmet soups, salads & variatey of chicken and seafood dishes to name some favorites Parmesan encrusted chicken and sriracha chicken wrap. We also have an additional weekend menu that is catered to Cuban cuisine all day Fridays , Saturdays & Sundays.
Had the opportunity to meet with some good friends who lived in Lake City. They suggested Jessica's Bistro. It was an excellent suggestion. The restaurant is very nice, service was good, food was very enjoyable and we could talk. My wife's empanadas left something to be desired but my pork dish, which was large chunks of pork with rice, beans and plantains was delightful. The Parmesan crusted chicken was huge and my friend have a seafood platter which looked very good. The only down side was they served no alcohol but this was a delightful experience.

In 1968, we were just a local BBQ joint in Gainesville, Florida. Today, we're still a local BBQ joint. We just happen to be in a few more locations. But we still do things the same way Floyd "Sonny" Tillman and his wife, Lucille, did back then. We still slow-smoke over oak for up to 12 hours at a time. We still serve generous portions. And we still believe people should be able to go out to eat and feel right at home.
While traveling we were looking for a quick stop to get something to eat other than fast food. Sonny,s turned out to be perfect. Both rack of baby back ribs, sides and BBQ sandwich were delicious! Staff friendly, restaurant clean and very family friendly. This particular Sonnys did not serve alcohol - not sure what their overall policy is. We will definitely look for Sonny’s restaurants in our travels.

Took my senior relatives here since we were stopping for the night in Lake City. Food was delicious, food serving sizes were very filling. Had nice senior menu, very reasonable prices. Server was very nice.

We stopped in here and went thru the drive thru. It was busy but they got us thru the line quickly and our food was as ordered. Our sandwiches were little over cooked and the buns were soaked with grease. Think they may have been sitting for awhile since they were not very hot just warm. Fries were not very hot either and a little greasy also. Our drinks were good. On today's food rating I would probably not stop here again when passing thru the area, since there is one off every exit it seems in Florida to try instead.

Being a loyal customer of the Gondolier Restaurant in Clearwater Beach, we were pleasantly surprised to learn there was a Gondolier Restaurant in Lake City, as well. Both restaurants are owned by the same family and both serve a similar menu. We stopped by for a light meal and a glass of wine after a long days drive. Hunter was our waiter and he was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and gave great service. Overall we had a great meal and a very pleasant dining experience. We highly recommend the Gondolier at both of their locations. Be sure to save room for their decadent desserts!!

Our family of 6 ate here. We were seated quickly and had good service. They didn't serve cocktail sauce with the popcorn shrimp without requesting it and the kids meal pizza doesn't come with a side. It's a cheap, nasty cheese pizza to begin with. Putting something with it isn't going to bankrupt them.
Food was average, but good enough. The salad bar looked great.
Very convenient to the Holiday Inn next door and the servers here were friendlier and more presentable than the Atrium restaurant of the Holiday Inn.

Sal's Italian Deli is a tradition in Lake City, FL! Nestled in the heart of the neighborhood, we serve a menu inspired by classic Italian fare. Our menu offers something for everyone, from our delicious sandwiches, to our specialty Italian deli items! We also make the best pizza in town, and best Italian dishes in North Florida! We've been around since 2014 and look forward to serving the neighborhood for many more years to come!
We had driven 9 hrs so we were glad to find a place that delivered to our hotel. There did not seem to be many choices in Lake City and we did not feel like venturing out after our long drive into an unfamiliar area. The food was OK not great, not as good as chain italian restaurants which are also mediocre. We would not order from here again if we were in Lake City, which I hope we never are again.
