The restaurant offers a 39 euro 3-course fixed price menu as well as a la carte choices. The three of us went the a la carte route. Our selections, sweetbreads, bouillabaisse, and duck breast were outstanding. The staff were friendly and engaging. The wine list was reasonably broad, with some relatively good values.

Le Restaurant Le Chefson vous propose une cuisine du terroir raffinée et revisitée aux saveurs innovantes, franches et généreuses.
Really good restaurant. Perfect service, great welcoming and superb dining room.
Went there last week with a couple of friends that recommended us the place and we were not disappointed at all.
Prices are more than correct for what they offer. I wonder how much would we pay for this restaurant if it was in Paris... maybe 50/60 euros? Took a menu for like 34 euros that had.
-Starter: Foie gras with salad that was super fresh
-Main: Canette that was just superb. Really tender and perfect cooked.
-Dessert. Dont even remember the name but its the only reason why i cannot give 5 stars (give them 4 @googlemaps and 5 here so it makes it 4,5) to this place, because i just didnt enjoy it. I think they shall offer something like a cheesecake or a brownie to be perfect
We had a small prob with the wine but the waiter quickly gave us another bottle.
I ll probably come back

Great atmosphere, amazing food, and truly outstanding Indian dishes. Will be a returning customer every year when I visit France. Recommend this place for everyone, whether you're going as friends or family.

My husband and I first came to this restaurant for our anniversary a few months ago. We loved it's cosy atmosphere and the fact that it's off the beaten track. This time round we brought friends who were visiting. The weather was great: a warm & balmy evening; the geraniums were in bloom adding to the ambience and we requested to be seated outside. The waiters were friendly, service was punctual. The menu catered for all tastes. We started off with a few snails which were very well prepared. Three of us had the rumpsteak which was very good, my friend had the chicken breast. Dessert was tarte au fraise and Creme brûlée, both delicious. A lovely evening overall. Can recommend.

Had dinner here with a work colleague after doing a quick TripAdvisor search for a restaurant in La Defense. Le Tournesol had good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. This restaurant changed my poor opinion of restaurants and service in Paris. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The service is very good. The wait staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Traits that I've experienced to be missing in a lot of restaurants in Paris. Food was very good and a nice selection to cater for all tastes. Great selection of wines too. To top it off the atmosphere is pleasant with nice décor.

My wife and I visited L'Escargot this weekend, we had the five course taster menu which was superb, the quality of food was of a very high standard, this along with the attentive and skilled staff made it an exceptional experience, this restaurant is a must

I wish I could give this place 5 stars - service was fantastic, athmosphere was great, and overall it felt like the right place to eat. Unfortunately, there was something in the food that simply was not exactly to my liking. I can't say it was not good - everything tasted rather good, but after eating in excellent and relatively-cheap French restaurants on the previous nights of my visit to Paris - at Le Saint Joseph I paid much more for food that just wasn't that special. It felt more like good french-style home-cooking (or bistro-style cooking) rather than a superb restaurant meal (and for a 30-Euro meal well outside the city, after Reading the reviews here I did expect it to be superb). Still the food definitely deserves 3-4 stars and everything else is with no doubt 5-star level. Or maybe I just picked the wrong items from the menu ?

le meilleur rapport qualité prix à Levallois
What an unexpected surprise to find this tiny restauran in Levalloist. It was with some trepidation we entered as the concept of there being no menu seemed a bit strange even although we are used to things being "ardoise" more and more in France.
On our arrival we were very cordially greeted by the chef and waiter. At this point we were the only two people in the tiny restaurant which seats approx 22 people.
After taking the order for the aperitif the waiter then explained the concept of the restaurant asking if we had any particular dislikes or allergies. We were happy to be surprised by each course as it arrived. There was a delightful amuse-bouche of tomato gazpacho served as we waited for our first course. To our delight the first course was a fresh fried foie gras served with avocado. It was cooked to perfection. Following the foie gras another delight as another favourite arrived.... a beautifully cooked Magret de Canard with an absolutely delicious mousse of potato which was a light as air accompanied by a delicious sauce. Dessert proved to be another delight being a beautifully poached black fig on an almond sponge topped with spun sugar and a frozen yoghourt . Coffee was of an excellent quality and the wine "Petit Amour" was very drinkable. During the evening the atmosphere was very amicable as the restaurant filled up completely within a short period of time. It was interesting to observe the reactions of other patrons as they also awaited their culinary surprises with anticipation
Definitely a well kept secret of Levallois and perfect for that relaxed evening out with a special culinary twist. "Chapeau-bas" to the Chef and waiter for making this a special evening

I thought this restaurant was fantastic. The front of house staff were welcoming, efficient and very helpful. The food was original, creative and perfectly executed. The cerviche was faultless and the langoustine risotto was simply superb. The crowd was local and, I think I was the only non-local. I will definitely be back and won't be surprised to find this restaurant Michelin starred next time.

I dined here recently with a family group of mixed food tastes. All, however, could not fault the food we were served. The couscous dishes and the tagines we ordered were delicious, and the waiter recommended a Mococcan wine that worked really well everything we ordered. Afterwards, the frandole of oriental sweets were amazing, particularly if you have a sweet tooth. I cannot fault any aspect of the evening and I will definitely return.
