Just a few minutes' drive but a world away from the mainland, Key Largo has been the setting of movies, the home to abundant wildlife and a favorite destination for scuba diving. Lush flora and lively fauna abound in the Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammock Botanical State Park, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Everglades National Park. Underwater, the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary teems with life while the American Crocodile thrives at Crocodile Lake National Wildlife Refuge.

Serving fresh seafood to the locals of the Florida Keys since 1991. Patio dining available!
Excellent food! We had the cracked conch, blacken mahi-mahi, coconut shrimp, fish dip, and the conch ceviche. We really loved the coconut shrimp and the coconut lime dip was AMAZING! The other items were very good as well and I would order them again except the conch ceviche. It was a bit disappointing as it was mostly tomatoes with very little conch.
Tip. . .
We got there right after they opened at 11:00 and I am glad we did by the time we left the place was nearly full.

I actually just stopped here while running errands in need of coffee and breakfast. It's a nice, laid back place with lots of art and photos. Counter service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was very good. delivery of the food was a little slow, but it was an unusually well-prepared croissant sandwich. A number of customers availed themselves of the free WiFi in comfort and undisturbed. All-together a pleasant stop, and I'd go back when in the area.

This was the quintessential Florida Keys key lime pie experience. I enjoyed a slice of the whipped cream topped, smooth and creamy version of the pie in a zen-like garden which was very quiet and cool during my visit.

Nothing fancy , just good seafood and burgers .
We stopped in here after reading reviews and felt terrible as the cafe had not yet opened after the hurricane. We still had some pie which was awesome and hope the owners are able to get the restaurant up and running again soon. Best wishes for 2018 :)

Key Largo Chocolates is about a passion for chocolate. Our bright pink-and-lime-green building is a must stop for Keys visitors and locals alike. We produce outstanding and unforgettable handmade chocolate confectionary, primarily but not exclusively, in the form of chocolate truffles, and ICE CREAM.We also make and sell chocolate in the forms of Fudge, dipped Oreos and covered pretzels along with molded chocolate alligators, shells and turtles. Our signature flavor is Key Lime, grown on trees found in the Florida Keys. This unique and tantalizing sensory experience is available in our truffles, candies, cakes and cupcakes with an occasional bit of rum here and there! We even have Key Lime ice cream and frozen Key Lime Pie on a stick. In our store you will find an eclectic mix of baked goods, ice cream, t-shirts, cards and gift items designed to please our customers. A special feature of Key Largo Chocolates is our wildly popular Junior Chocolatier program. Children are invited for special classes to learn first hand how chocolate candy is made with a unique and fun-filled, hands-on experience in our own kitchen. For adults, we offer an equally popular companion program known as "A Night of Chocolate." It is rumored that during these evenings wine is often splashed around. Be sure to visit our store at MM 100 1/2 on the bayside in legendary Key Largo. Peek through the glass into the chocolate kitchen and be sure to say hello to Kristie, the Chocolatier behind the chocolates, and husband Bob Thomas. You won't find a warmer welcome in the Keys!
I believe you could actually gain pounds just from the delicious smells! The variety of chocolates is huge, and we wanted to taste them all! The homemade ice cream is also amazing - if you want a real treat, try the Key Lime Pie ice cream. HEAVEN!!

We visited this place on vacation after reading some rave reviews. Honestly, we weren’t too impressed. The muffins were very good, but the other food and coffee were only decent. The cups are what did it for us...very dirty and chipped - gross. Plastic cups aren’t expensive to replace. It sounds simple, but that would have made a big difference for us, since we both generally drink water with our breakfast. We heard other people around us saying similar things. Thanks!

We are 1 block off U.S.1 ocean side, (left going south) at the end of North Point Dr. Or you can take Garden Cove Dr. We are a very cute/nice restaurant that offers a large menu to suit any palate. We serve only quality food that is a cut above a lot of other places you could choose. Google us, I think you will enjoy stopping in and dining with us.
Upon exiting the Keys, I needed one more order of Conch Fritters and found Buzzard's Roost. I always tend to dine outside and was glad to see their outside area was right along the water, beautiful setting! I ordered a few appetizers including the fritters and crab cakes. The fritters were good, not the best I've had but definitely enjoyable. The Crab Cakes were different then what I am used to yet very good. Sometimes it is just fun to try appetizers, drinks, and relax in a nice outdoor setting. The service was good and the restaurant itself was welcoming, I would come back.

We stopped here for a late breakfast (made it by 10 minutes) on our drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Key West. We had based the stop on reviews in Trip Advisor and they were correct. Our breakfast arrived quickly and was delicious. The service was very good. We'll keep this on our list for our next road trip to Key West.

Chad's Deli is a full service restaurant featuring freshly made food, generous portions, and fair prices. We have a five page menu serving Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, Burgers, Quesadillas, Pizza, Pasta, and home-made desserts. We also have a full service breakfast menu with a nice selection of pastries.
My kids and I stopped here for a quick lunch. They offered about 20 soups...all looked interesting! I ended up trying the Garlic Tomato Bisque, which was delicious.
The counter girls were friendly and helped us place our orders.
My only complaint is that my bread had mold on it. It was only on half of the sandwich. When I pointed it out to the manager, she insisted that it wasn't moldy - that the bread was baked fresh daily. However, I have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years, and I know what mold looks like. They offered to make me another sandwich (I had already eaten half, and was full). They didn't offer me a refund or a complimentary dessert or anything else.
Honestly, I wasn't that upset about the mold. I still enjoyed half of my sandwich, and I totally understand how bread can mold quickly in that heat. I was more annoyed with the fact that they argued with me and told me it was avocado!

Fish House has such delicious food. The atmosphere is electric the service is awesome. Delicious stone crabs with homemade stop are at least a must appetizer. Fresh fish is amazing. Key lime pie is good. Great drinks and wines to complement the meal.
