Whenever visiting our son and family in Johnstown, we try to make it a point to pick up some dinner from Route 62 BBQ. The staff is friendly, helpful and try to make sure you get a great meal. We love the pulled pork meal with the sides and whenever they have Brunswick Stew...always try to get that, best since I lived in the low country of SE Georgia. Do stop in, you'll think it's a great find.

We love Whits! Best frozen custard around! Food is good too- like the creamed chicken sandwich! Staff is always friendly!

This Coffee House just celebrated their 10th year of business this past Saturday. Over the past 10 years of selling coffee from Columbus, OH roaster, Crimson Cup, they have become a wonderful place for coffee, meetings, friendly conversation and fantastic service. Add one of Bella by Beth's baked goods and/or a sandwich, bagel, oatmeal or soup to your coffee or tea and you've hit heaven! The staff is cordial and hard working. This is a MUST stop for anyone coming through Johnstown!!!

On my way to Newark from Johnstown recently, I decide I'd stop by Ragamuffins instead of my normal stop at the Hot Spot Coffee House in Johnstown. BIG mistake-----in fact, can you say COLOSSAL mistake. The person waiting on me was just downright rude and the coffee brewed here is just not overly appealing----whether it's being roasted locally or not. I will not make this mistake ever again. You want good coffee? Make the 4 mile drive on in to Johnstown and visit the HOT Spot on West Coshocton!!!

Named for the storied Hudson River Valley, home of the Culinary Institute of America, and the route which winds through Napa Valley, Hudson 29 is a collection of great flavors and influences from both. Featuring a menu of familiar favorites crafted from the finest ingredients and an artfully composed wine list of more than 100 bottles.
We eat here a couple of times a month. The food and service are always good. They have 1/2 price bottles of wine on Sunday so it’s even better. Cameron Mitchell knows how to run a restaurant and this is a great example.Thank you for the kind words and the review! We look forward to providing you with a 5-star experience in the future!

Awesome, yes go here! Not that hungry but want a taste? They have a tiny baby cone for a dollar. seating outside and parking on the street. Their custard is excellent. You can thank me later.

A wide range of products are available to chose from in a friendly atmosphere with a great staff. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. If you like baked goods they have some of the best. Their "Long John donuts" with custard filling are outstanding too. Parking is in short supply, but it turns over fast so its not a big problem.

New Albany’s Pizza at its Best! Dine In or Carry Out Located in the heart of New Albany, Ohio, our restaurant offers a great variety of pizza, subs, sandwiches, dinners, salads and desserts in a friendly, casual atmosphere. Grab some great food to go or dine in at Eagles Villa Pizza. Since 1971 we have served thousands of pizzas and sub sandwiches to area families. Whether it was a local farmer grabbing a bag of subs during harvest, or a coach picking up a dozen pizzas for a post-game celebration, Eagles has been here for you. Many of our employees have worked with us for years and it’s that stability that makes our family business a success.
Well, I want to say I love the pizza but....it just isn't flavorful enough for me. This is my 2nd visit and I thought maybe my 1st visit was just an off day for me. But, it just didn't have much flavor. It had hardly any sauce and the sausage wasnt very flavorful. We got half pepperoni and half onion/sausage. I expected italian sausage but it was rather flavorless pork crumble. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, just not great. The side salad is large, really enough for 2. Comes with Marzetti dressing pack. They have coke products and take a debit/credit card. 2 salads, large pie with 3 topping and 2 drinks $25. Give them a try and see what you think.

This pizza establishment (Johnnies' Villa Pizza---Johnnies being the High School nickname), along with it's sister establishment Eagles' Pizza (in New Albany) are long time pizza shops in their respective cities. My greater experience lies with Villa Pizza in Johnstown. For some odd reason, when people return to Johnstown for visits to family and friends (despite the fact that there are one pizza place in the village for every 900 people---seriously!!!) , this is the pizza of choice. I personally find the tomato sauce to be a bit on the sweet side, their pizza crust not crispy enough and their pepperoni EXTREMELY salty

We were in Johnstown and looking for a place to eat and happened onto the main street cafe.
The place was packed at lunch time and everyone seemed to like it. Had a blt with lots of bacon and some chili which was very good. Friendly service and a family atmosphere would make it a place to stop.
