We always enjoy frozen yoghurt, but this was about the best we have had anywhere. It was really creamy and the all the favors we tried really "popped". They had a great variety of favors of add ons and toppings. The personnel were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.

The Flood City Cafe has a nice concept, but does not serve beer. The food is a bit pricey for a small town and does not have much flavor. I would go here for coffee only.

Stopped in late one evening and service was fast and very friendly. Typical Starbucks fare so you get what you expect from a Starbucks. This location is very conveniently located in a mall area with several hotels nearby. The floor was clean and dry on a snowy, wet night. Again, the service was fast and very friendly. My coffee was exactly what you would expect at Starbucks and I was impressed that so close to closing time, I still had a wide variety of desserts to selct - the blueberry scone, as usual, was delicious.

Family operated business for forty two years. Consistent high quality food and drink. Homemade soups, pizza, dinner specials and outstanding desserts.
This place is awesome, great people working there. Great food. Get the chicken ball! Good bar but could also take family here.

We’re from Pittsburgh and we stopped in after reading the reviews and had been looking for a good lunch before heading home.
Don’t let the “used to be a Pizza Hut” exterior discourage you. Awesome hot and crispy tortilla chips and not too spicy salsa.
Extensive typical menu but definitely upgraded from typical preparation. Outstanding chicken enchiladas and burritos both with flavorful marinated pulled chicken. Kids both agreed that their usual go to chicken quesadilla was better than other places we go to near home.
Hot, fast, overall excellent and authentic Mexican. Will definitely go back next time we’re in Johnstown.

My wife and I had a terrific meal at El Jalisco. The service was good and the staff was friendly, even on a crowded, busy Friday night. They were quick with our drinks and generous with the chips and salsa.
I had the Mole Ranchero. It was delicious with big portions of chicken and rice and lettuce. My wife had a combination plate, and she loved hers, too.
We highly recommend El Jalisco. If there's a line out the door, it's worth the wait.

Asiago's is a Tuscan Italian restaurant that specializes in using only the freshest ingredients and homemade sauces to create unique appetizers, entrees & desserts. Our upscale Romanesque atmosphere creates the perfect environment for your lunch, dinner, engagement party, anniversary, birthday or what ever the occasion. Located atop the Johnstown Incline with a scenic view of the Johnstown skyline, Asiago's is the perfect choice for all of lifes special moments.
The restaurant offers a magnificent view of the city & is a lovely dining establishment. We were a party of five & two in our party were there for the pancakes listed on their website. However, they were no longer a feature. That left a selection of various egg dishes, which should have been delicious with the added ingredients. The eggs were dry & the Italian toast was cold. Also, no jams or jellies were available. The potatoes were hot & excellent. We took advantage of the $12 unlimited Mimosas. The champagne was flat (perhaps a sparkling wine would have been an improvement). The server was new & extremely pleasant, but admitted she had little knowledge of the breakfast menu. An expensive brunch for such lackluster food. Others at the table admitted dinner could be quite excellent.

A labyrinth of Victoriana with romantic lighting and cozy booths was marred only by a suspended tile ceiling. Service was attentive from beginning to end, although there wasn't a lot of help making decisions. The food--flatiron steak, salmon and cod as main courses; caesar salad, clams and mushroom soup as starters--was uniformly tasty and interesting. We were puzzled, however, by the decision to make vegetables optional side dishes that were large enough to serve only one person (skimpily). Five asparagus for $4 was laughable, and the potatoes with ramp butter was light on the topping. The salad was huge but crock of soup and clams puzzlingly small. Creme brule and berry tiramisu were both worth the calories. We were pleased with our martinis, but the wine-by-the-glass list is disappointing. All in, the Cafe has a lot going for it, which makes the menu oddities all the more a distraction.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Johnstown is PRESS bistro. Enjoy a coffee, some breakfast, or the best meal in town while you enjoy the scenic and historic Central Park.
Wow. I was back in Johnstown visiting family and not looking forward to food options. Traveling and big cities have ruined my appetite for the typical microwaved and canned cuisine of western PA. PRESS was imPRESSive to say the least. Not only was food fresh but flavors were unique. As I took the first bite of my New Zealand Curry Muscles my mouth watered as it sensed the unexpected citrus essence. Roanna, our waitress, was fantastic as well. Don't let live music scare you off. It was the first time I could talk over the music. Talented and subdued relaxing background music by Ian Jeffries was perfect
