Ferrante is a very large winery and restaurant. Its large size creates an unpleasantly loud noise level when it's busy. The view of the vineyard from the picture windows provides nice scenery. The portabello pannini was good; the bruschetta was an even better choice. Overall, Ferrante wasn't as good as I was expecting.

There are many pieces and parts to this extraordinary property and one must visit to truly experience, in fact discovering all of its treasures is one of the many thrills of dining here. The newest is Chef Nick's genius farm to table creation The Farmer The Butcher The Chef. Part country part Soho the room feels as if you've entered an upscale butcher shop and countryside farm stand alongside an open kitchen and walls lined with an amazing selection of beers and wine for your taking. Long wooden tables adjourned with silver tray settings and linen wrapped utensils and comfy chairs provide plenty of room for your feast. Servers were attentive and the table was set with homemade ice tea, water and lemonade. The menu is well crafted and features the freshest ingredients from local farms. You then venture over to the butcher counter and select your meats and portion sizes along with sampling produce from local farms to accompany your meals. You can choose from meat platters customized with fresh grilled vegetables or from other more prepared items on the menu. The Peter Luger burger was off the charts with some of the best fries I've ever had. There are fish and vegetarian choices for non meat eaters. Preparations clearly show off the genius of the Johnson and Wales trained highly experienced chef.
The appetizers alone, several available family style, were served on long rectangular white China platters and were easy to share. Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, sausage and peppers, deviled eggs--each more mouth watering than the next.
This place is on course to become a destination location. I can see people traveling from a far to experience this. Think the French Laundry of Austinburg Ohio! Nick and his team should be congratulated for creating something unique and very special. You will be talking about it for months and planning your next visit!!

We recently stopped in this diner with our grandchildren for dinner. It was refreshing to go into a hometown place where they treat you as though you are welcome. Nice clean atmosphere, friendly employees, good food selection , and you don't leave hungry. We will defineatly go there again when we go that way.

This is a local bakery, owned and operated by local folks. There are cases of baked delights, freshly made, including pies (award-winning), baklava, donuts, pastries, cupcakes, cookies and much more! The doughnuts are the best that you'll find anywhere in the area. There is a hutch with freshly baked breads such as Italian and Sourdough. The prices are quite reasonable. They prepare trays of baked goods and decorated cakes for various occasions. Most of their business seems to be carryout but they do offer a nice sitting area with tables and chairs. There is coffee and tea as well. A nice storefront in a small town! We're locals that are so pleased to have such a wonderful bakery in town!

Recently moved from Cleveland to this area, Have known about this place fro years, overall a nice place, but is inconsistent service, was there on a Tuesday evening and about half full, but was under staffed, first went to the outside bar but no server at all so after a bout 5 minutes went inside, seem to allow smoking in that section, got served at a table inside but the food took a very long time and came almost cold, other times the service was much better, does have both a restaurant and bar sections

My husband and I really like Chops. The large bar offers lots of seating and no one feels cramped or too close to the next table. Our favorite meal: the pot roast! This meal comes with a heaping portion of roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies, and a salad. Don't skip the dessert either. The tuxedo cake is a must!

When I walked into the takeout counter at Colucci's, I could tell by the smell that this was going to be good pizza. My husband and I ordered the large supreme meat then had a 20 minute wait. While we waited there were a number of people coming in to pick up preorders and they were greeted by name so this is obviously a favorite of the locals. When our pizza was ready the young guy brought it out the door to us. At home, I was impressed by the amount of toppings and how they were right out to the edge. The slightly sweet sauce was perfect with the spicy meats. My husband (the pizza connoisseur) said it was the best pizza we have had this summer on our travels and called it WOW pizza.

We don't usually do fast food on our bus trips but sometimes stop at Subway when we need to eat lunch on the bus. Subway offers healthier choices than other fast food restaurants. I had the group pre-order their lunch, then sent all 55 orders to Stephen, the manager. He, in turn, had the boxed lunches ready and waiting for us with each individual order taped to the top of the box. Very efficient, everyone got their choice for lunch, and I am very grateful to Stephen and his crew for doing such a nice job.
