Our daily menu includes freshly made sandwiches, salads, soups, desserts and more. We have a delicious variety of espresso coffee drinks, beer and wine. We serve dinner on Friday evenings with full table service. These are complete meals which include potato dish, vegetables, soup or salad. Saturday we usually have live entertainment and a dinner special. Our hours are Wednesday from 6am to 3pm, Thursday thru Saturday from 6 am to 8 pm, Sunday from 6 am to 3 pm.
We stop in at Clark's Corner a couple times a week after a bike ride for something to drink and eat. They have wonderful cinnamon rolls, carrot cake and in-house baked cookies along with a coffee beverages. The lunch menu includes salads and sandwiches. The service is friendly and they work hard to serve their customers. We look forward to trying their weekend dinners sometime soon.

Had dinner with my sister. Got the chicken and artichoke heart. This is some seriously good pizza. I’m not a huge pizza fan but this pizza was excellent. They don’t skimp on the toppings. Better than even fancy pizza places.

It's a miracle that this place can stay afloat in a little hamlet like Amador City; but the secret is that every restaurant within 25 miles serves their breads and pastries. Unbelievably delicate, artistic, flavorful, and addicting. Sandwiches for lunch on the road; pastries and coffee to start the day; and snacks for the road. Its mobbed from the minute it opens, but every single item is a temptation; and old-world stalwarts will celebrate this sign of emerging american excellence in the bread and pastry realm. I have not checked to see if they have a nationally ranked pastry book out yet, but it would not surprise me. Sadly, they have not yet made the final decision on whether to open a Place in Chico California. but stay tuned!

An outstanding restaurant in an unlikely locale. Dinner there twice; first night we both had their fabulous mushroom cigars, duck breast, glasses of Vino Noceto Sangiovese, and chocolate gelato with espresso shot. Second night, husband's birthday, shared 1/2 order of mushroom cigars, and a grilled octopus appetizer, then each had their rack of lamb with same wine as last night. Same dessert as night before. Really can't wait to go back again.

Passing through Jackson, stopped for lunch at this charming cafe. Too many mouth-watering dishes on the menu to pick from. I *settled* for their beignets with home made jam, followed by their fried chicken and waffles. OMG delicious!
Our server was simultaneously friendly and professional, with much knowledge about the local history.
As an underwater photographer and ocean conservationist, I very much appreciate that they do not have plastic straws - drinks are served without, and if a guest asks for one, he/she is offered either a paper or metal straw. The staff also takes the time to educate their guests WHY they do not have plastic straws (Single use plastics do not always make it into recycling, more often, they go into the trash, which finds its way into the waterways and then to the ocean. Marine life eat plastics thinking they are food. Humans then consume some of that marine life as food. Plastics are also just littering our oceans. Recycle. Reduce. Reuse. Refuse.).

We had a sundae here while staying at the Hotel Sutter. The place is in a very historic building and besides ice cream there are many old time candies and toy from my childhood. The ice cream was great and the ambiance was fun.

Dinner choices were four different entrees. When we checked into our room, we were shown the menu and realized that our grandsons would do OK and that my wife, on a restricted dietary regimen, would also be OK. The young woman waiting our table was particularly friendly and pleasant and the setting was quite nice (though they need to look after dead flies near the front window!). Breakfast came with our hotel room cost -- it was very tasty French toast with blueberries and diced walnuts. Not sure what the choice is on other days.

Wanted a bacon and egg breakfast, not bad, bacon tasty and not greasy, eggs over easy were good ( they don't do poached), home fried potatoes were a little undercooked, still a little hard but tasty. Latte was great! Husband ordered pancakes, bacon and eggs, two BIG pancakes came on a separate plate. He couldn't eat it all. Great latte and coffee!,
