I've eaten there numerous times. Many evenings they host bands that play mostly "oldies but goodies". The food ranges from average to very, very good. The atmosphere is fun with a pirate them3. Their specials of the day are frequently very tasty catch of the day fish. I recommend this restaurant for a night out or for lunch.

Our first visit to Aransas Pass since Harvey.
We looked up best places to eat in Aransas Pass, and found Redfish Willies Waterfront Grill.
Excellent choice. I highly recommend the blackened redfish sandwich, which came with fries, so no appetizer was needed.
My partner tried a special of the day, mahi mahi, and loved it!
We will definitely be back, it was a perfect meal. Great service, too.
Got crowded after we arrived, so you might want to consider reservations if you think it will be a busy time to eat...

A mobile dining experience like no other! The SteerBurger Grill & Grub is a true "Taste of Texas". All burgers are made with nothing but Fresh Chuck and then seasoned and grilled over an open flame and mesquite briquets. Daily specials, BBQ, and homemade soups. And the friendliest service in the Coastal Bend! We have a small inside dining room and a beautiful deck to relax and enjoy your meal.
First trip ourselves. Lots recommendations, decided to act on them! Thankful we did! Memorable and great tasting.

Has been in downtown Ingleside for over 30 years and makes a huge tacquito or breakfast taco. The tortillas as
made fresh daily and there is a big list of different things you might want rolled inside of the tortilla. I had a bean, egg and bacon this morning and the wife had a potato, bacon and egg. There are many places in south Texas that make breakfast tacos but none a big and fresh as the City Tortilla Factory.

We stopped by on a Saturday evening at 5:45, needing a table for 15. They immediately pushed 3 tables together and we were seated with no delay. We took 13 construction workers to dinner and they all enjoyed the hearty fare, making multiple trips to the plentiful food bars. Our waitress was an angel (wish I could remember her name) and even spoke a little Spanish to the guys which delighted them. Go visit if you’re in the area!!

A friend and I, both knowledgeable about Asian food, had dinner recently at the Thai Cafe. The food and the service were both outstanding. Portions are generous and anything we did not eat, we brought home with us. I STRONGLY recommend a visit if you like authentic Thai food.

Mickey's was recommended to us by a business associate and boy were they right. It was a beautiful day and we decided to sit on the porch. The setting is casual and laid back. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and promptly seated. A short time later our waitress brought us menus and got our drink orders. We had three adults and two children in our group. We were quite hungry so we ordered the Seafood Gumbo, Clam Chowder, Burger, Fried Pepper Jack Cheese, Fish Basket, Shrimp Po-Boy, Kid's Fish Basket, and Kid's Chicken Tender Basket. We were so happy when our food was delivered; it looked and smelled delicious. The serving sizes were ample, and we walked away quite full. Everyone enjoyed their selections and would definitely come back another time because the food and service was fantastic!

Bakery Cafe is one of those places that if you ask a local "where's a good cafe?", this is where they'll tell you to go. The restaurant has been here for decades and still has the bar and stools from the 50's. The food here is pretty much typical cafe food, chicken fried stuff, burgers, even steak and fried fish. My favorite is the chicken fried chicken breast! They are absolutely juicy and delicious, and decent sized portions. The wait staff is always friendly and typically pretty fast to get your order, even during the rush hours. Keep Bakery Cafe at the top of your list!

It' s hard to be a vegetarian in an area where BBQ, fish, and "traditional" Mexican food is king. Traditional tamales always include lard. Granny's makes their non-meat tamales without lard and they are wonderful. I special ordered the sweet corn tamales to go and could barely wait to eat them. The restaurant has a few tables if you can't wait but mainly this is a take out place. The sweet corn tamales were very reasonable at $10 a dozen but the other tamales are even less. The counter staff was very helpful, even to knowing that I had special ordered and the tamale maker had commented several times earlier that she needed to have them ready for me.

Goon-N-Crisp has good chicken and good tenders. The fries and okra a good. Gravy is great and the price is acceptable.
