Geleneksel Türk mutfağı çeşitleri arasında bulunan İnegöl Köftesi, bizim kuşaktan kuşağa aktardığımız tecrübenin sonucunda almıştır yerini. Mucidi olduğumuz bu değeri beş kuşaktır taşıyoruz heybemizde. Lezzetinden ödün vermeden bilakis daha da lezzetli hale getirebilmek için uğraştığımız 120 yıllık bir serüven bu. Babamızın dediği gibi: “Biz ticareti üçüncü plana attık, öncelikle lezzeti sonrasında hizmeti benimsedik.” Serüvenimizin lezzet boyutuna gelecek olursak, kullandığımız eti özenle seçiyoruz. Zira yaptığımız köftenin lezzetli olmasındaki en önemli etken kullanılan etin kalitesidir. Sadece dana ve süt kuzusundan aldığımız eti işledikten sonra kıymaya çevirip, soğan ve tuzla terbiye ediyoruz. Izgaraya attığımız köfteyi suyunu kaybetmeden, sık çevirerek sunuma hazır hale getiriyoruz. Köftenin tamamlayıcı unsurlarından biri olan piyaza değinecek olursak; özenle seçilmiş fasulyeleri haşlıyoruz. Soğan ve zeytinyağıyla harmanlayıp köftenin lezzetine lezzet katıyoruz.

This is a classic Turkish köfte restaurant, with attentive staff, plenty of tasty food options and some free side dishes, delicious dessert, reasonable prices, casual comfort and quirky touches. If in the city, visit this place. It's right across from the shopping mall and bus station. You will leave stuffed and happy.

The mainroad , trees are absorbing traffic saund. Inegol kofte is the different type of famouse meatball you can enjoy it's taste . $ price makes you happy. 2.5 porsion meatball, " piyaz" "yogurt" " salgam suyu" cost is 15 € (61 TL). Service and quality good enough they are serving Turkish tea at glass or Turkish coffe as free of charge. I recommend to visite if you are around "inegol"

Besler İnegöl köftesini tadabileceğiniz en iyi mekanlardan biri. 1893 yılından beri hizmet veren işletme yeni mekanı ile Ankara-Bursa yoluna yakınlığı ile daha kolay ulaşım imkanıda sağlıyor. Köfteler lezzetli. Başlangıç olarak sunulan çırbista sos olarak harika . Bu sos bizim kekik benzeri bir bitkiden yapılıyor ve balkanlarda bu adla anılıyor. Tatlılar güzel. Sütlü kadayıfı tahinle isteyin

Upon recommendation of our friends with whom we were going to camping last weekend, we had lunch on our way to camping at this restaurant. I had second thoughts as usually such small town restaurants are rarely good and on top of it, as it was Ramadan, I even thought it could be closed.
But, this venue, despite my Reservations, happened to be a very nice restaurant and even more, a very professional place. There was a valet parking, we were seated in the Gardens (very enchanting), the restaurant was relatively busy at lunch despite the Ramadan. We were immediately served the classical menu: the meatballs, the spicy tomato sauce, garlic breads and "piyaz", a cold dish made with dried beans, chopped onions, parsley, hardboiled egg and olive oil. Everything was delicious. The serene garden environment was a plus. I have to emphasize the toilets: very chic, very clean, almost those of a 5 star hotel.
There is also a market next to the restaurant where meatballs, yogurt and cheese used at the restaurant are sold in addition to other local delicacies. I also recommend that market, we bought meatballs to be cooked during our camp and they were delicious.
So, if you happen to be at Inegol, make sure to have lunch or dinner at this place, you will have a satisfactory experience.

Meat world. You can eat some delicious meat. Restaurant is located near the river and it has a little zoo. There is some camel , a lot of kind dogs. You can drink alcohol and other drinks.

Came here as part of a tour. Our tour guide said he would only take us to a quality place and this certainly did not disappoint. The restaurant food was fantastic to cure the altitude sickness on the way up to the mountain! The starters included salad, bread and yoghurt. The yoghurt was actually the best I have ever tasted, so rich and creamy. The main course consisted of delicious meats and chips. The quality of the food was amazing and portion sizes were perfect for the prices charged. We enjoyed a nice cup of tea near the stone heater before heading off. The service was also fantastic, very efficient. The Turkish style bathrooms were clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Ancak personel daha eğitimli ve ilgili olabilir.
Sanitasyon ve Hijyen bu tür işletmelerde çok önemli bu konuya çok daha fazla hassasiyet göstermeleri gerekir.
