Unique, creative and fun restaurant located in a re-purposed 1873 Historic Courthouse in Hudson Falls, NY.
Being a local, I've driven passed Forged several times. It always seemed to be a second thought; every time saying I need to check that place out. Finally, the occasion arrived where I had the chance to follow through with my hopeful plans. The building itself is quite nice. It has that turn of the century detail that reminds us what once was and now blends together well with what it was become. There are two options for dining; the Gastropub which serves lighter fare with ample space and a full bar, and; the Main room which offers more elevated cuisine. We were celebrating so we chose the Main room. The menu choice seems small but it packs quite a punch. We shared an order of brussels sprouts and shishito peppers; both surprising amazing and quite delicious. If you like spicy, try the peppers! And its a very generous portion. My main course was the duck with sticky rice; mouthwatering good. The right mix of sweet and salty and just enough fat. Yum! And be sure to stick around for dessert. All of the ice cream is made in house. If you like maple and caramel, try the doughnut; best way to end the night. If you like a nice experience and delicious food, definitely check out Forged. I'm looking forward to taking more friends there and checking out the Gastropub. Hudson Falls should be thankful to have such a nice restaurant as this!

Went with my daughter & son-in-law for lunch before visiting a museum in Glens Falls. This is a very popular spot, as the tables filled up quickly. My daughter & I started with hard cider-delish! & my son-in-law had pale ale. I ordered the soup du jour, which was a clam chowder--very creamy & delicious! My entree was the Turkey club wrap--very good & fresh. My daughter ordered the grilled chicken salad & her husband ordered the spicy buffalo chicken breast sandwich. Everything was very tasty & the portions ample. Our server was very friendly & efficient! I definitely recommend this place-it's great for all generations to dine.

This restaurant never disappoints. The host and owner, Dave, is the kindest, friendliest, person. His wait staff is the best. The chef, co-owner and Dave's brother, Christian, serves excellent, fresh, well prepared food that is always hot and delicious. Onion soup has such a depth of flavor and is served piping. Fried oysters have a very delicate batter and are accompanied with a red cabbage, raisin salad. The yummy mussels were served last evening in a chunky tomato basil sauce, and the sauce alone was delectable. Their haddock is very tender and a favorite. We always enjoy their hanger steak with the brandy peppercorn sauce. Oh so good. To top it all off, their double chocolate mousse is to die for. We look forward to our next meal at this great spot.

A casual family friendly restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Specializing in quality comfort foods, served by the friendliest wait staff in the area. A local favorite for over 25 years!
A restaurant that has been in this plaza for years and has gone through a few names /owners, but has been The Peppermill for some time now and is a great beginning to your day. Breakfast is my favorite. you wont leave hungry and prices are reasonable when you are bringing family or friends. The staff is very friendly and it is just a nice relaxed atmosphere.!! please make sure you try it.

Ginny Rae's is not fancy but it is clean and inviting. The meals are home cooked style. The portions are extremely large. Nobody leaves this restaurant hungry. Most patrons we observed were carrying leftovers home with them. The soups are delicious and the entrees are as well. The staff is pleasant and accommodating.
We will return.

The weekends are PACKED year round for this place. The food is great, not cheap, but cheap food isn't usually the best anyway! Great selection for breakfast and lunch. Lunch specials always available of different variety, all of which always sound great! Waitstaff is friendly and fast.

Beautiful, relaxed feel, clean brewery with fantastic beer! Had their flights and none from our party of four left disappointed. The staff was super friendly. The night we were here they had the Burger 21 truck which was out of this world. Can't wait to go back.

Driving through the little town of Hudson Falls with no destination in mind, we happened upon this rustic little pub. SO glad we did. We had a couple of the Davidson Bros Brown that was on tap and a soup special. It was out of this world good. They make all their own soups. Tortellini with some hot sausage in a fabulous cream sauce. Brian actually went back for another cup! We will definitely be back. They have a great menu selection at a good price. Topped our visit off with some old fashioned bread pudding in a whiskey sauce that was the perfect sweetness. The atmosphere and decor made you feel right at home, as did our bartender/waitress Fran. I would encourage you to stop by and give this place a try. We'll be back for sure!

Global cuisine meets comfort food in the region’s most unusual setting, along the runway. Enjoy dinner and with an exquisite view of the mountains and catch the occasional plane or helicopter taking off or landing.
We told ourselves that after the hustle of Christmas we owed ourselves a fine dining night out We elected to try a new restaurant to our area at warren county airport (Floyd Bennet Field) Kudos to Rich for creating a wonderful dining venue I had...MoreThank you for your business!
