If you want a pizza while in Houghton Lake, Buccilli's is the ONLY place to go!! They have tons of different options & everything is delicious. If you are dining in, there's also a large salad bar you can get.
Be prepared though - it gets busy on the weekends especially but it's totally worth it!!

Another stop on our mission to try new eating experiences as we travel home from Up North, down I-75. This was an average diner. It was pretty busy and appears popular with locals. The dining area was crammed with tables, making it difficult to navigate to the restroom. My husband had a cup of steak and ale soup that he enjoyed and said was obviously homemade. We shared the Logan’s BLT Club on marble rye. We took our waitresses recommendation and upgraded to onion rings that she declared addicting. The sandwich was nice, but missing the bacon. Our attentive waitress brought 2 slices from the kitchen. The onion rings were OK, not anything I’d rave about. The batter wasn’t overwhelming. The restroom could have used some tidying.

We stopped for breakfast since it was close to our hotel and I am happy we did. The place is not huge so the food comes out quick and hot, I had the framers omelet which I recommend and the wife had the skillet, The place was very comfortable as far as it felt like you were part of the family.

Had lunch here. Had a grilled cheese and french fries...and a yummy strawberry lemonade. Service was excellent. Would definitely eat here again.

We heard of this restaurant from another camper and decided to check it out. It is loud, bright and happy. The food was good and the service and great. You can watch sport TVs or if the weather is good, you can sit out in the trees on the deck. We ended up going there twice and didn't regret it at all.

My wife and I like to try different restaurants. We were going for a fish dinner and had been told Garrett's Place is pretty good. We went at about 5 O'clock. The place is not large and was quite full. We each ordered the two piece cod dinner. The food did not take long to arrive. The fish had a nice light batter. and were well cooked. The fries were just right. The price was average. We will go back.

We had burgers and a BLT sandwich delivered. Nice guys who delivered. Could not believe how HUGE the hamburgers were!!! Awesome french fries. My mom loved her sandwich. The buns and bread that the food was on looked like it was homemade and it was soooooo good!!!! I definitely recommend this place!!!!

Was a generous portion of lunch and deliciousness !!!! We've lived here for 3 years and always said we wanted to try this place. Fast service, very pleasant waitress, clean place, roomy and cozy up north feel. I had the Garden Vegi burger and it came with fries, seasoned is the best. My husband had Crispy Chicken sandwich also with seasoned fries. It was huge ! Will definitely return !

We wanted to go there on July 29th. There was no place to park. We have eaten here before and had great meals, service and the views were awesome. Sorry we missed it. We will try again next time we are there.
