All American Diner, serving breakfast and brunch. Vegetarian & Gluten Free options.
Food was just dinner food. Nothing special. Wasn’t bad wasn’t fantastic. Service was good. Atmosphere was ok. Place is off the beaten path. Prices are outrageous!

We were there on a quiet Sunday afternoon. we were pleasantly surprised when the venue Manager warmly greeted us as we entered and a hostess seated us promptly at table. We ordered a pasta vegetable casserole and chose to add chicken breast to it. Along with this dish comes a salad prepared by the staff using heirloom home grown organic produce! Yes! It was very tasty. There is a nice variety of crisp fresh vegetables in the salad and you have a choice of unique wonderful dressings or oil and vinegar if you prefer. We had diet coke with the meal. I was looking around and loved the ambiance created by use of many re purposed items to lend the venue a welcoming atmosphere. The entrees arrived not long after we finished our salads, and those salads arrived soon after we were served our chosen beverages. The cooking staff makes sure everything is prepared gently and with a lot of care to ensure excellence. Prices are what one might expect at such a venue. I was told by management that yes they welcome and help guests plan events celebrations such as wedding dinners and other similar experiences in addition to welcoming church groups and sales/business groups. You will delight in the experience of dining at this fabulous venue! Jodi was our waitress and she did a fabulous job of serving us well. We will definitely return.

You can't go wrong at the biscuit barn. The food is consistently awesome, the service is consistently awesome and the atmosphere is consistently Awesome. The owners are really involved and just do great job of making sure everything is as it should be. Just plan a little ahead because they are generally packed. Believe me it is worth the wait though.

Food was awful, service just okay. Typical noisy bar with rude patrons Would not go back there again. Would not recommend.

Restaurant/Bar in an old seafood freezer on the water where boats bring in their fresh catch. Amazing shrimp, fish dip and stone crabs. A lot of local controversy around restaraunt so it is becoming very popular.
Right on the river and supremely casual, the food is good and budget friendly. An order of king crab legs plus cole slaw, New England style chowder in a bread bowl, peel and eat shrimp, one beer and one glass of wine came to just $30. Can't beat it.

We decided to stop at this restaurant for lunch as we were coming in via boat from the Gulf. We stopped over at about 10AM before the restaurant opened. There was plenty of dock space available when we arrived. We waited until 11AM then immediately greeted by the host, who told us to sit wherever we wanted. We ordered from the menu, and I had the blackened scallops, which were excellent! It came with homemade potato chips and cole slow. The sauces, including tarter, cocktail and a gator mustard was also homemade. I would highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back to visit.

Been there 3 times in 4 years, each time worse than the prior time, save your time and money.....not even close to being Italian food...

Very busy, but because people do not linger for an especially long time we were served within 10 minutes. Good food, cheerful staff, and good food. The potatoes were not great, but still okay. A bit noisy, but out is the food, not the ambience, that is important.

We each had the nachos thinking that they would come out as a normal sized portion. Nope, instead we both received two over sized baskets overflowing with everything you would expect of bbq nachos. The brisket that was mixed into it was amazing and so flavorful. The bbq sauce on top brought it all together. Needless to say neither of us finished our basket or even came half way close to it. We brought the leftovers back to work and each take out box fed 6 more people. Definitely got our monies worth!

This is our go-to place for breakfast and take-out sandwiches for the boat when we are on our fishing trips to Homosassa once or twice a year. We just quit going anywhere else. Always the same friendly waitress who remembers us. Good breakfast choices at very reasonable prices, and always served quickly. It puts fast food chains to shame!
