We went here because others have rated this place high- well it is not deserving of this high rating. The service is disappointing, very slow and inaccurate. We were brought the wrong drink, and the wrong potato toppings. My chicken Parmesan looked and tasted more like chicken cordon blue with ham on top of it, so I’m not sure that I got the correct meal since I have never eaten here before and I’m not familiar with their food. The server didn’t return until she brought the bill so I couldn’t ask her and I just ate it. My husband said that his hazelnut chicken was nothing special. The baked potato was huge and delicious, as was the coleslaw. I’m not sure what they are famous for but it’s not chicken, and it’s not their service.

My boyfriend knows that I love lemon cake so he got me one for my birthday. Really one of the worst cakes I have ever had. Not very lemony. Icing way too sweet for buttercream. I have only given one other poor rating in my years of doing this but really couldn't give even an average rating. None of us liked anything about it.
I won't go back.

Service was quick and order was completed as I placed it. Store was clean and employees were friendly. Because this Starbucks is in a plaza, there is outside seating for visiting friends in nice weather.

Pasta cooked perfect al dente, tasty pink pepper sauce, which is combo of alfredo and spicy diavlo...ribeye steak cooked just right with little oil, salt and pepper can't be beat. And the dinner roll could double as a door stopper but maintains crispy crust and moist inside...

Lots of flavours of ice cream. Excellent coffee stir. Would order extra thick. The White turtle ice cream is wonderful. Must be the white turtles used to make it. Chocolate Lover's Trash is great.

We love that they have a cold stone there, that's mainly why we go there. Wish they had more varieties of ice cream flavors but it is my favorite ice cream by far. Very good.

It's true, the name is changed. I've never been here before but my buddy was. We got ribs and they were good! I'm surprised, food here in Hermitage is lacking for the most part. Pretty much everything after breakfast is a crap shoot!

Usually pretty great service, food is pretty good, and no complaints. As for cost, It's average but again the food is good. Good breakfasts, and the salmon dinner is very good. You should try it!

Dined at La Isla with my wife for dinner on a Friday evening. We got there a little after five but the restaurant became busier all through our meal. Immediately given chips and salsa. Salsa was lacking flavor. Menu featured your typical options for this type of restaurant. I had hard shell beef tacos and my wife had a mushroom quesadilla. We also ordered a chorizo queso dip. The taco meat tasted like a seasoning I buy in the grocery store and then make at home. Good, but not special. My wife thought her meal was very tasty. The queso was very good. It took a little while to flag down our server to get our bill. Overall it was a decent meal but did not stand out from the others.

Scotto's has a thick sliced pizza that is very filling and delicious. They offer single slices if you do not want a whole pie. Their antipasto salads have a variety of ingredients (meats, cheeses, etc.) and are large enough for two people. Staff is always very friendly.
