Came here after being totally frustrated in Glenwood Springs trying to find parking and this was on the way back home to Breckenridge.
Rated #1 on Trip Advisor and we were curious to see why and how a Hawaiian restaurant ended up in Gypsum!
We were not disappointed.
I had the teriyaki beef and my wife had the Haiku chicken.
Good sized portions accompanied by sticky rice (really good) and a macaroni salad.
Food was so tasty!
Order at the counter and this is family run, everyone was so friendly.
We are definitely coming back!!

We stopped here for lunch and came away full and smelling of good BBQ. The BBQ is good-- pulled pork, chicken, ribs, etc. with a solid sauce that isn't too spicy. The sides shine here too-- cheese grits, coleslaw in vinegar, mac and cheese, etc. One of the best sides is the banana pudding-- it makes a great finish to a good meal. There is also a kids play section for young children so it's a good place to stop if the kids need a place to run around for a bit. There are also specials with free kids meals on certain days.

The only thing that would make this cozy coffee hangout better is the pastries. The breads are good but the rest is lacking. But if all you want is a coffee, then this is your place. There are many good creations.

Great selection of breads, meats, veggies, dressings and beverages, served by friendly staff. Sandwiches, hot or cold, are filling and reasonable considering Eagle Valley prices. There is limited seating, if you are lucky, since this is a busy deli. Recommended.

I ordered Muffy's Muffaletta. My first sign of trouble was when the woman asked me, "ciabatta, French wheat, or wrap?" The sandwich contained provolone, ham, salami, olive oil (good so far), lettuce(?), tomato(?), mayo(??), and peppers(???). Not good. A sandwich of some kind, but clearly not a muffaletta. Every muffaletta ever made has olives on it. Words have meaning! You can't just use the word muffaletta because it alliterates with your name!

Wow! Great place for coffee and a light meal!!
Most flavorful Cortado I've had!!!
Regular coffees are very flavorful ! Breakfast burrito and the quiche were both delicious!
Also purchased some whole bean coffees which they happily ground for us!
OMG! The Finca Matalpa from El Salvador must be one of the best coffees I've tried.
Stop in - they will take good care of you!!

The Grill, with a well-rounded menu and reasonable cost for the Eagle Valley, offers a beautiful deck overlooking Gypsum Creek. Cocktail specials are offered, along with weekly specials, including Prime Rib dinners. Salads are worth trying, and the kitchen will customize on request.

On my way east across country I found this place on trip advisor. It was really really good. I had the special rigatoni and it was excellent. To top it off service couldn't have been better. If you are looking for a place in eagle for dinner....this is it!

This building has been host to about a half dozen restaurants over the years. It seems like a good location along the Highway 6, but nothing seems to take. The latest incarnation is the Asian Fusion Restaurant. My wife and I tried it within a week of it's grand opening and were underwhelmed by the experience. Average to below-average food, rice that came right out of a Minute Rice box. Meh, for sure.
We gave it a few months to get it's bearings and tried again yesterday, Jan 2nd 2017. Much improved food! My wife had the Panang Curry bento lunch and I ordered the Broccoli Stir Fry with Beef bento. The bento lunch comes with three slices of a sushi roll, a crab wonton, an egg roll, lettuce salad, the choice of hot and sour, or miso soup, and your entrée. Quite a lot of food for $17 total . . . we both took home boxed leftovers for lunch the next day. Curry was exceptional, the beef broccoli was good, rice is real steamed pearl rice now. Tasty and worthy of another visit.
The service however was a bit disappointing. It was crazy busy, maybe because it was Jan 2 (New Years day off for a lots of folks because New Year's Day fell on Sunday). As a result, the service was extremely slow . . . over 35 minutes from when we placed our order to until we got our meals. We even started playing that little game of connect-the-dots on a napkin and vowed to leave if we got done before our food came. Someone apparently got the message because our food came out shortly after we started playing. Our server was sweet, courteous and on the job for her very first day. She got a big tip.
We didn't complain aloud about the time it took to get our food, but the owner?manager? came out with a little dessert treat by way of apology. Don't know what it was called, for sure, but it was cold and sweet like ice cream encased in a rubbery little bubble of sweetness. It made my wife very happy.
The owner needs to pay more attention to the ambience and décor. A little work in that arena would make this a better experience for diners.
Overall the place was much improved. We will be going back.

Microbrewery tap room with up to 23 beers on tap, open daily. No food, but pizza phone with quick delivery, and popcorn. Shuffleboard, darts, one TV. Patio with firepit and views of setting sun.
Stopped in while on a week long off-road motorcycle ride through Colorado. We checked out several breweries and brew pubs throughout CO and Bonfire was by far our favorite. Great local vibe. Excellent beer selection. Fun time!
