Red roofed buildings speckle the lush tropical landscape in Gustavia, St. Bart's tiny, relaxed Caribbean capital whose historic sites can be reached in one day of trekking around town. 17th century forts line the harbor, from Fort Karl in the north to Fort Gustaf with its lighthouse and cannons in the south. Near Fort Gustaf is the popular Shell Beach, where beachcombers rove for sparkling shells. The town's many duty-free boutiques call to shoppers while cozy cafes offer views over the harbor.

This is a happening corner in Gustavia to people watch and hang out. The music and ambiance make it fun and it's good for drinks and snacks. Cannot rave about the food but the fare is honest and real and prices distinctly reasonable. It's a place to recommend for casual fun and break from high-end dining.

Island-chic with a refined atmosphere, On The Rocks is spectacularly set with views over the coral reefs and beyond. Master Chef Jean-Georges offers an elegant and creative menu - a culinary highlight not to be missed. Exquisite cocktails at sunset and an aperitif snack menu available from 5 pm.
Beautiful food... Yikes! Fussy one year old placed in a high chair right next to our romantic, waterfront table for two. The exclusive adult night ended quickly. We're parents too, but chic & hip don't combine with babies/children. We completed our meal and left quickly.

Casual cuisine with a light contemporary touch will is served for lunch at the Sand Bar, perfectly located on the immaculate white sandy beach of St Jean and offering a flawless view of the turquoise sea. For simply perfect dinners the Sand Bar Night is the coolest spot right now right on the water's edge where guests are invited to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine with an inspired nod towards Italy.
A great place for a long lunch.
Great selection of food, drink, and staff always helpful.
Can't say much more really!

It is our second time at Eddy’s after trying it a couple years ago. We love SBH so much and Eddy’s is a staple, we wanted it to work out, but the restaurant just isn’t for us.
Pros: Eddy is still there being a gracious host and talking to all the guests. The grounds are classic and beautiful. It started to rain and they shuffled everyone in quickly and seamlessly.
Cons: the menu for vegetarians is basically nothing. Both visits I really tried to encourage them to be inventive with a dish because of no selection. Instead, they just take a meat or fish centered dish, and remove the protein. I ended up with a sad plate of plain white noodles with bland pesto sauce on the side. It was a bit strange and we also felt pretty rushed by the waiter.
The place is beautiful and seems to be quite popular. But I think if you enjoy or require vegetarian fare and want unique and inventive flavors, this may not be the best selection. Black Ginger and Lisoletta is very close near by and the food is terrific for veggies and those spice and flavor seeking junkies!

Recommendation for an easy going dinner in St. Barths. The tiny island can be a little pricy with a lot of old Euro attitude so it was nice to have a laid
Back outing with friendly staff, good mojitos and god food. Favourites at the table were the grilled calamari appetizer- a little chewy but the herb butter was tasty. Cod fritters were good as well. Unanimous - Must try the tuna tartare with guacamole which was perfectly seasoned and the shrimp and chicken stir fry which had just the right amount of spice. Take a pass in the beef - well cook but sinewy - the ceviche needed a little salt. Main dishes around 25-30 euros. Crème brûlé served in a long dish.

Nestled on the beach of Saint-Jean, Nikki Beach St. Barth is a luxurious haven for the world’s jet-set clientele bringing celebration, sophistication and excitement to the island. Modeled after the same European minimalist, contemporary look and feel as the brand’s other locations around the wor ld; Nikki Beach St. Barth is simplistic in beauty with all-white plush sun beds, chic drapery and the brand’s trademark teepees throughout the beach club. Guests are able to indulge in refreshing cocktails and an extensive menu filled with delectable dishes featuring produce and spices representative of all the countries Nikki Beach is located including delicious salads, creative sushi rolls, innovative seafood entrees and slow-roasted free range rotisserie chicken.
We had lunch at Nikki Beach and were impressed. I had the sushi an my wife had the lobster pasta. Sushi portion was good size but lobster pasta little small for price. Both were very tasty. But the people watching, atmosphere and service made up for the cost. Definitely a happening place near Eden Rock.

Located on St. Barth, French West Indies, overlooks Gustavia harbour, across from the ferry landing.
Le Repaire is open for business following Hurricane Irma. My husband and I had Sunday lunch here and initially it was so busy we had to sit at a table in the sun but after a few diners left we were able to move to a table inside in the shade.
Service was very friendly, the Mahi-Mahi and the burger was delicious, and the Caipirinhas went down a treat !
It's a good place to visit.

From the service to every aspect of the meal this restaurant is excellent. We cannot say enough about every aspect of the dinner experience. The meal is very expensive, but the quality is very high. The cocktails were exceptionally well prepared. We had pasta, risotto, and veal and a number of appetizers. Each dish was excellent and well presented. The service was impeccable and well paced.
