This is a large restaurant at the entrance to the main part of town. They serve seafood and Mexican dishes, all of which was very good. My son had fish tacos, which were fresh and tasty. I had the Mexican combination which included a chicken taco, chicken tostada, Chile relleno, and a chicken enchilada, rice and beans for 60 pesos. My wife had carne asada, which came with soup, salad, rice and beans, and was all very tasteful and satisfying. The service was excellent and the restaurant is clean. I would not recommend the margarita, however, unless you order a better brand of Tequila than what they serve as a well drink. Overall a great experience.

Even that we arrived late afternoon in a 25 people group... they simply did their best.
All the dishes were very good. And we asked for cocktails, fish, lobster, meat, soups... and every one thought it was very good.
The service is another story... two waiters, that at the beginning were overwhelmed, mixed, forgot and serve different dishes... finally a third person came, and the service began to pick up.
We had a great time...after all.

On my drive to cabo I stayed in Guerrero Negro and ate at Malarrimo. The food was good and well priced. If you have to stay in the area and want to eat a warm meal this is your place.

Good example of the big difference between Average and Very Good. Would like to rate this place as an Average +. For our one night in G. Negro we ventured it into town, rather than eating at hotel's restaurant. This restaurant is a diamond in the rough. Very charming experience with ambience, service however my meal was just average. I ordered a Santo Remedio Special, which was some sort of meat, potatoes? entree with vegetables and rice. Could not decipher it, and unfortunately our Spanish was too poor to communicate well enough, my husband's meal was uneventful. but, again. This is GN, and based on other reviews, I would recommend going out of a comfort zone, and trying a local, favorite place.

The food trailer has been painted, but it is still in the same place on the way into GN, near the collection of hotels. If you haven't tried a marisco (seafood) Food Trailer, I recommend this one. Clean, neat, fresh fish and shrimp on wheat or corn tortillas, cheap prices and pretty quick service. It isn't fancy, what it lacks in ambience, it makes up for with delicious food.

Wanting a light snack or coffee after a late lunch, we ventured across the street (from Hotel Cowboy) to this lovely find. It was perfect and hit the spot. We wished we had found it earlier in our trip but will definitely be back on our next trip to GN. Did not try the food but it all looked good. We did have a latte and some dessert. Many wonderful homemade baked goods (we took some to go for our road trip the next day). Latte was excellent (they even had non-fat milk) and beautifully made and served. Service was friendly and excellent. Menu also had bagels for breakfast. In addition to the café (internet and many great Seating areas), the restaurant is separate and between the two, there is a convenience store with a great selection of wine, spirits, sundries, and just about anything you might require. Everything is all under one roof. The whole place was super clean and very inviting. A place one could hang out for a while and relax.

Food was good, prices reasonable for our lunch group of 10. We went after a disappointing whale watching tour from Malarrimo tours. We had a bad boat, and they didn't care.

We stopped for coffees and something light for lunch. They had vegetarian pizza on the menu, so we ordered that. There was no-one else eating there so we assumed that our food order would come quickly (we had a visit to the salt works organised at a specific time).
Coffee came reasonably quickly but we waited and waited for the pizza. Finally, after 25 minutes, our food arrived. It was hot and fresh, tasted great, but I wish we'd known how long it would take.
If you're on a tight schedule, you might want to bear this in mind (and no coffee refills offered here either).

Stopped in for a break on the journey. Not a very exciting town but inside the restaurant is pleasant enough. Nothing special but food and drink is OK and good price. The restaurant is attached to a small shop so you can buy water and things for the road. Well organised and busy

Cada vez que lo visitó me encanta su sazón, la atención del personal, aparte sus promociones para quien las desee, pero una buena hamburguesa es la Hot Burger también....
