2 Michelin star restaurant** run by Chef Lionel Rigolet, his wife Laurence and their incredible team.
The food was very good. But not a patch in other restaurants I have eaten at with Michelin stars. Everything else was frankly a bit of a farce. We almost left as the waiter and the staff got increasingly confused over a dietary requirement they had checked twice in advance. They then told us that they don’t really bother to accommodate as some people say they are gluten-intolerant and then order pancakes. My friend has a religious dietary restriction. In the end, they did provide alternatives but it felt like too much effort. And then the bill was charged in Sterling when we requested to be charged in Euros. They acknowledged the bad service but did nothing about it. We won’t go back and won’t be recommending.

Ate here on recommendation from our B&B and it was fantastic. This place is a traditional Belgian restaurant with excellent grilled meat (4/5 of us ordered steak) and french fries. They offered us free refills of both fries and chocolate sauce that came with the dessert we ordered. The service was excellent. There were English menus available, and they gave us a waiter that spoke English well. The prices were very reasonable. We ordered their specialty dessert - dame blanche - YUM. I would definitely recommend this place - wonderful dining experience!!

We had dinner here with our kids on night and nothing really stood out except for the long wait even though the place was not very busy.
There is a small Terrace which allows outdoor Seating but there is nothing attractive about it.
Prices are average. Food is average. Would I return ? Probably not.

Service was very good , staff was professional and friendly . Food was also very tasty and even if we booked for a "resto days" which is a cheaper menu than usual , we didn't feel any difference in the service or food quality .
The food is about simple products where the taste and textures are genuine . No fancy dishes but the taste , quality and respect for products is here .

ok, so you would normally go here for the go-karting, which was fun and reasonable value for money. The restaurant itself, however, leaves something to be desired. Service was not particularly friendly and they were far to fast in clearing the plates. We had almost a whole dish of pasta carbonara, half a plat of calamari and half a plate of pommes frites that got cleared. When mentioning it, it was like the waiter either did not understand English or did not want to. This part really let down what would otherwise have been an excellent overall experience.

Gastronomic restaurant with beautifull winelist
I went to the Alexander for a birthday lunch.
So I was very surprised to got all the restaurant place dedicated for this event! A small place!
Service was perfect for this big group. The food was very tasty, very creative, and artistically dressed! Every dish was a marvelous surprise. Wines where in perfect harmony with the different plates. Also the dishes plates were chosen in harmony with the food. So you can get there for an event of for a lovely diner. I recommend. ... and will be back soon!

So sad we only got to visit here on the final 40 mins before we are to depart.
The female waitress was so genuinely chirpy and happy to serve us.
And the bakes of Kouign Amann and Chox with caramel cream. So heavenly good and my husband ( rarely) agreed with me when we are on the Eurostar.

A restaurant with a lot of classical Belgian dishes on the menu. I always like the 'américan préparé' that you can ask to be prepared or prepare yourself. Service is friendly and quick. The interior is classical dark with a nice veranda and a shady Terrace when the weather is good. No thrills but just good quality and always a save choice. You won't be dissappointed.

Absolutely the best pasta I’ve had- even in Italy! Patrizia is the chef and is a true gem!
Silvano takes care of every customer like family. Miriam, their daughter is superb. They are the sweetest Italian family! The waiters Joe and Nakita are so friendly and you feel like you are home. This is a must visit place when in Brussels! They are packed every night so make a reservation early! I recommend the squid ink pasta- my favorite bit you won’t be disappointed with anything as it’s all homemade with Amore!

I went here based on the reviews and was happy with a waffle with chocolate sauce on and my daughter enjoyed hers with banana slices on too. They are quite busy on a busy tourist street with lots of main shops on. Enjoy taking a breather from your shopping for a tasty treat!
