Home made ice cream shop featuring milk shakes, sundaes, homemade wafffle cones for sale with a beautiful view of the surrounding farms . We also have quarts of ice cream , ice cream cakes, and ice cream pies.
Bellvale Creamery, by far, is one of the most decadent and indulgent true ice creams available. After their recent renovations, the line moves much more quickly. A local favorite and a must stop for travelers. Fresh, inventive and one of the most spectacular views in the Hudson Valley.

On the Lake, with outdoor and indoor seating (plus a dock if you come by boat), this German cuisine restaurant is one of the staples of Greenwood Lake. Always good, always reliable (have eaten there many times). In addition to the special buffets (e.g. featuring...MoreThanks for mentioning the buffet as we use this style of dining in addition to our menu during Oktoberfest so customers have a chance to try some authentic German dishes. Appreciate that you took the time to write such thorough review, Prosit!

We visited as a group of ten and came for the brunch and jazz festival. We sat right by the band and it was a bit loud but a lot of fun. The food was good but there should have been a larger selection to choose from. The service was good too. I recommend visiting this place for a similar event or to come here for dinner (for which this place got rave reviews).

When Driton “Tony” Sylaj came to the USA in 2000 he dreamed of owning his own restaurant. Tony was born in Kosova in January 1983. Upon arriving in this country his first goal was to obtain a degree. He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and received an Associates Degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management.

Tony began as a dishwasher in a small Italian cafe and gradually worked his way up to bus boy, waiter and then captain. He became the front of the house manager and then started to develop an interest in food preparation. He began as a prep cook and ultimately became head chef. His culinary background leading to Grappa is quite diverse. He has cooked and managed restaurants with the Hilton and Ritz Carlton hotels as well as Yonkers Raceway and Casino and the Surf Club Catering Hall.

All of these experiences confirmed his goals and dreams. He wanted to own a restaurant of his own that featured exceptional food, an intimate atmosphere and a staff of courteous, hard working professionals. Grappa Ristorante is that and more.

Ten years of hard work and commitment have allowed the dreams of Driton Sylaj and his partner, Nick Ahmetaj, to become a reality in Warwick Valley, New York. A long way for both from Kosova.
The staff is great. Very elaborate menu and loads of specials. I had Shrimp and Avocados appetizers and Ossobuco main course. Very delicious, can cut with fork. The place decor is very eclectic Highly recommend reservations. Usually packed on weekends. There wine selection is also very good. prices are reasonable.

I’m from California and the one thing I miss on the East Coast is a really good breakfast place. This place knows how to do it with fresh baked goods that they make there! Beautiful plates of real food! I especially loved the creamed spinach with poached eggs, and the salmon toast. And the pancakes are fantastic... Remember, there’s always a line but it’s worth the wait and the good conversation.

The Helm delivers a creative new vision of flavors, highlighting provisions from our local farmers, small batch and scratch made food. We proudly serve locally influenced New Age American cuisine, specialty cocktails and beer from our local breweries.
Had a great first experience. This is the exact type of place that the Greenwood Lake / Warwick area needed. Great food. They are closed Monday - Wednesday as they prep and make everything from scratch for the rest of the week! The specials board had what seemed to be phenomenal choices. Great menu, great service. Only downside is they have a very little amount of tables currently and its very cramped and loud inside. I did hear that they just bought the building and are planning to expand for more space, they also purchased the dock area across the street and are putting a food truck / hut down there which I think is a great idea!

Cozy eclectic well appointed pub atmosphere - Delicious food - Attentive, friendly service - Reasonable Prices - With a side of personal attention from the owner (barkeep) sharing charming stories of his 30+ years in Warwick!
Try the French Onion Soup - CharBroiled 8 oz. Burgers & “Chips” - Enjoy one of several craft or imported draft ales. Please leave room for some of their awesome desert from their in-house pastry chef !!
A Warwick Gem!

This place is very well managed. Although the food quality varies, the food is usually pretty good and the prices are in line with the quality delivered. I love their wings and pizzas. They have a good salad selection and they pour nice drinks. Servers are professional and friendly. Setting is pretty. I'll be back.

Reasonably priced upscale more traditional menu with great and sufficient salads and meat dishes. Delicious! want to go back. We had barbecued lamb dish and a salad with steak. Both were delicious and prepared perfectly. Salad was substantial and a full meal. Nice cozy ambiance. good service

Had the pleasure of going to breakfast here this morning. I had the cubano sandwich and it was exactly what a cubano is to taste like! The pickles and mustard were a perfect compliment taste for this sandwich. The home made coleslaw, outstanding. I’m very fussy about the taste of coleslaw, I hate minced cabbage with to much sugar to be passed off as coleslaw, drowning in mayo. The cabbage was crisp, the vinegar taste was perfect in balance, I ate it all. My husband had a mushroom and cheese omelette, fresh mushrooms! My chai latte, wish I had gotten a large! Finally, meeting and talking with the owner Jamie. She knows her customers, many were obviously regulars as they were welcomed into her restaurant. For our first time and certainly not last, she greeted us as we walked in with a friendly smile. Can’t wait to go back!
