We had a beautiful evening at The Toasted Frog! We ordered the Fried Pickles to start with, and they were tasty. For dinner, we had the Portobello Mushroom Sandwich and the Prime Rib Sandwich. Good choices! I loved the Butter Pecan Martini. The server was very kind and competent!

First time here tonight. The walleye fingers were tasty: thick cuts of fish lightly breaded and served with tartar sauce and lemon. Side salad was the usual. Dinner companions enjoyed their walleye sandwich, chicken rollup, and chicken walnut gorgonzola salad. Service was prompt and cheerful and atmosphere was hoppin', even on a Tuesday night. Look forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu.

My 1st Rhombus Guys experience in Grand Forks. We ordered from here as we had such a great experience from the restaurant in Fargo.
The pizza was very good. Quality ingredients, and very tasty pizza.
It took a long time for delivery, about 1.25 hours. Pizza was not very warm by the time it got to us, and the delivery driver didn’t bring us any plates or napkins. Granted, we never asked but assumed they would send as they were delivering to a hotel. When we ordered from the Fargo location under the same circumstances, they sent the extras without having to ask.
The pizza is expensive, but I think it’s worth it. I’ll pay for quality any day of the week.

The food I had was great, tater tot hot dish balls, would go back just to have them again. Sadly the building is old and tired, former location of Whities(?). Roof was leaking and there were at least a few catch buckets on the floor.

Texas Roadhouse is a steak restaurant providing legendary food with legendary service. Texas Roadhouse specializes in hand-cut steaks, fresh-baked bread, fall-off-the-bone-ribs, and made-from-scratch sides. We also serve ice cold beer and legendary margaritas. Treat your family and friends to a night at Texas Roadhouse.
The steaks are done to perfection! The ribs have the perfect amount of sauce and fall off of the bone. The service is impeccable. The baked potatoes and Caesar salad are the perfect compliments to the meat. Great job Texas Roadhouse. We will be back when in town.

Up North Pizza opened in the summer of 2016 offering appetizers, sandwiches, salads, soups, pizza, 40 taps (beer & wine), unique cocktails with an urban atmosphere! Stop by for a great experience! Leave your positive review and like us on Facebook!
For starters, this isn't your typical pizza place. It also isn't a cozy romantic spot. It's loud and busy. The interior is typical of a warehouse with high exposed ceilings, so the acoustics aren't the best. The food, however, is outstanding. We started with the smoked salmon dip and a couple of the tap beers, of which there are more than 40 to choose from. We had the General Tso's chicken pizza and it was one of our favorites. Service is good.

We have been here a few times, and usually have fabulous service, but this time was different. We were seated right by the kitchen, even though the place was not full, so I’m not sure why. We should have asked to be moved. Our meals...MoreHopeforsun, we apologize for the experience you received while visiting us. Date night with my wife! Let's go to Mexico! Casa Mexico! We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was attentive but didn't hover. Meals were served quickly and hot. We enjoyed the decor and atmosphere of the place and look forward to returning and trying more delicious menu items. Hasta la vista!

Our unique "Buffet Your Way" means you can request any pizza you want and we'll not only make it for you, we'll personally deliver the first slice to you.

Award Winning Burgers with Fresh-cut Chips & Fries. 40 Beers on tap.
Stopped here for a late lunch while in town for the night. I have yet to experience anything bad at any JL Beers location. Staff was attentive and friendly, the beer was cold, and the burgers were (as usual) amazing for the price. This location is unique in that it is 21+ all day and all night. I'm not sure if that is due to the liquor/food licensing in Grand Forks... maybe to keep college kids under 21 from drinking somehow? Anyway, highly recommend this location (as long as you are 21+)
