We ordered their spider roll sushi (#9) and the Bahama Mama roll (#17) for Takeout. I found very little taste difference between the 2 sushi rolls and neither was anything special. If you are expecting great sushi, you will be disappointed. Dining is indoors or outdoors on their wrap around deck where sunset views are wonderful. Inquire about the shark feeding schedule. Their website does not list the correct opening times. The opening times listed are for staff arrival, orders can be placed one hour later.

Italian Restaurant specializing in Northern and Southern cuisine with Bahamian Seafood. Small intimate restaurant Family run
Recommended to all. Busy place due to the early bird special. It was offered to us even though the time had expired. We ordered a la carte. I had veal, my wife had the lobster pasta. Started with a shrimp cocktail. Although the shrimps were warm to touch, so I am going to guess from frozen, it was still decent. The veal (marsala) was a smaller portion than what I had expected, but delicious none the less. The lobster pasta was a very good choice. (My wife is picky on her lobster meals.) Wonderful cold beer, great service, friendly and homey. Would definitely go back again.

This was the best place we ate on the island. great service, the waiters are like butlers. The owner stopped by to say "hi". Food was wonderful, large servings -- could have used a little more garlic toast though, those were pretty small. The three of us all got three different pasta dinners and all three of us loved our food. Fast service, friendly servers, great food. You may sit outside and enjoy the weather and the people watching, or sit inside for an intimate meal.

Ate there several times during our stay and would highly recommend eating there. Reasonable prices and great food with good service. Tip included in bill.

We stopped in for lunch after our Segway tour and really enjoyed it. The sun tea was very refreshing and the Conch Fritters and Chicken Wings were really good as well.

This restaurant was recommended by locals and did not disappoint. Hogfish was the special of the night, so my husband had the hogfish smothered in peppers and onions and I had the hogfish burger. Both were delicious. Our table enjoyed the conch fritters, as well. Great atmosphere (it is located on the beach if you want to walk a few steps and get a great view),including the sand floors and the resident cat and dogs (friendly and not intrusive).

Ambiance - this place has it. On one of the most accessible free (non-resort) Beaches, across from Port Lucaya Marketplace, along a path next to the police station. The beach is small and crowded with people renting/selling motorized water rides (jet skis, banana boats), braiding hair. If crowded Beaches and loud music are your style, visit the beach and make sure you eat at Billy Joe's. Recommended by several locals and cruise boat staff, the conch salad (as stated elsewhere, like a ceviche... basically fresh chopped conch with diced onions and peppers) is the go to dish here. Not to my taste, but very popular. Also an assortment of fried seafood, mixed drinks and the 2 BaHamian beers - Sands made on this island and Kalik, made in Nassua.

Stopped in while in Port Lucaya browsing around. Fast, friendly service and great prices make this a must. I refreshed with a couple Sands beers and used their wifi to check up on the news. I highly recommend Rum Rumners in the Port Lucaya Marketplace.

We really enjoyed our drinks here but the food was nothing to glow about. Fish tacos and chicken fajitas weren’t as good as what you can even get in the states

We had Takeout orders of Conch salad and Conch fritters. The conch salad is basically conch ceviche and while tasty but did not contain much conch. This was my first time having conch fritters. If you are old enough to remember the "where's the beef" commercials, the commercial for the fritters would be "where's the conch".
