My husband and I have been here many times for lunch or dinner. We always bring our friends there to sit on the water and have a scrumptious meal. Waitstaff has always been pleasant and I can't say enough about the food. There is a wait in season, but worth it!

Treated ourselves for our first banana split in about 20 years and we were not disappointed. It was large and delicious and the toppings were quite generous and ice cream was excellent. One banana split is more than enough for two people here.

We picked up a few sandwiches and a few slices of pizza to bring back for lunch, and everything was so fresh, and delicious! We had the roast beef, and the Italian for sandwiches, and can't remember what slice of pizza my mother had, but she said it was excellent. We will be back on our next visit to the island.

Freshest, local seafood retail market located on the unique island of Goodland, FL just south of Marco Island. Open seasonally (October-May) 10am-5pm 7 days per week. Owned and operated by a 5th generation Florida fishing family. Fresh Stone Crabs, Grouper, Snapper, Sheepshead, Drum, Gulf Pink Shrimp, Live Blue Crabs, Smoked Fish, killer Key Lime Pie, and much more! The fresh fish can change daily, depending on what the fishermen catch. Supporting our local commercial fishermen
The shrimp was extra large and three pounds fed six people; it was some of the best shrimp I've ever had. The grouper was some of the best fish I've ever had and two pounds fed six people. Yes the prices are high but worth it. I also respect the honesty of the woman for telling us the stone crabs weren't fresh because foul weather prevented the fisherman from going out.

We bought the spiced prawns and were well pleased. Also the lobster salad, but it was too heavy with mayonnaise. The clam chowder was excellent and the lobster bisque very, very tasty. On another occasion, we called and ordered cracked stone crab claw and the order was ready on time with nice preparation (cracking) - very fresh!
They have the wonderful quality Maryland crabcakes for cooking at home.
The staff are friendly and anxious to please. They discount their wine selection and give good recommendations. The shop also offers accompaniments such as crackers, cheese, olive oil, and olives - well-done although a bit over priced.

Well I don’t know where to start. We stopped in during the day on Tuesday because we didn’t want to go to the beach. With the overcast sky. The woman who helped us was amazing. She knew all the flavors and recommended certain ones for us to try. My wife went with a cup of ice cream and I went for the milkshake. Both were amazing. The prices were very fair and we will definitely be back.

Stopped by for lunch. It may have been the only spot in Goodland open. Mahi-mahi sandwich was dry and small. Tasted like it had been frozen, not fresh. Sweet potato fries were good. They had nothing for my vegatarian wife. She asked for an egg sandwich which is on the breakfast menu and they wouldn't accommodate. When asking for a salad with some protein, they were out of things waiting for that day's shipment. The salad she got looked like greens with some salsa. Very bland and not good. Service was good. The food was not.

My wife and I went around 9:45-10 and the line was out the door! Thy said it could take 35 minutes to get seated, but they got us in within 10 minutes! The food was delicious! Fresh and local ingredients! Delicious coffee! Generous portions and great service. My wife got raspberry and chocolate chip pancakes and I got Bacon Waffles! Wow! So delicious! Salty and sweet! Yum!!!
You can usually tell how great a place is by the line outside...and this proves that theory! This place is definitely worth the wait!

Family owned and operated for 44 years, Stan's is open Tues- Sun in season. Wide variety of menu items. Seafood, steaks, etc.... Entertainment nightly during season. We have seating both inside and outside on the water.
Every time we go it’s a good time,,,,usually love the entertainment, cold drinks and atmosphere, but St Pattys day a bunch went for supper and hopefully a dance...meal was great drinks were cold, but very disappointed in entertainment...we were all looking for a great night of dancing and fun, disappointed. My Tony’s seafood pasta was fabulous , and the other meal if Surf and Turf perfect...we fed the catfish and called it an early night... next year hoping they have a dance!
