Swung in after doing the train ride between Silver Plume and Georgetown. It was a little intimidating walking into what was basically a little shack. A single gentleman was working. No one else was in there. We ordered the greek pizza with chicken. He took our order and we paid. He said all of 5 words. So I wasn't real sure what kind of place we had gotten into. We sat outside where you get to look up at a beautiful mountainside. When the pizza showed up it was a masterful thin crust with tons of flavor. The dude knew what he was doing back there! If you like a good thin crust pizza, I would recommend hitting this place. I can't wait to go back to try a red sauce pizza. It's a unique place with some good food. It doesn't look like much from the outside or the inside for that matter but worth it for the food.

Our group of four recently stopped in Georgetown, CO for dinner after a day of skiing. We enjoyed great service, wonderful wine, and delicious food. Although this was the first visit for two of us, we'll certainly return soon. The prices are reasonable ($13.00 for lasagna which includes a small salad and a piece of toasted bread) and there is plenty of free parking.

Georgetown is an authentic and darling old fashioned mining town with lots of history and great little shops. We had taken a walk and desired a sweet treat. We were a group of six, visited the ice cream shop that had a long line, which is always a good sign - we tried many different and varied flavors. Each and every person in the group raved about their choices. We look forward to returning! Their homemade candy and popcorn looked delicious, too, though I have to admit we did not try it. Next time!

We loved the location and the atmosphere of this restaurant but found the food and service uneven. We were seated on the back patio at a high table. Servers were slow to attend to us. We ordered drinks, burger and fries, and mussels. Burger and fries were good, mussels were awful (we sent them back and the waiter seemed to agree), drinks were fine. Next time (and there probably will be a next time because we drive through Georgetown quite a lot) we would probably have burgers inside at the bar and not expect more.

Went there relying on Trip Advisor, disappointed. Granted it was late, 8:00PM, but the place was full of ratty looking people, server was not nice, the basic chips and salsa bad. Drinks were without booze, Margarheta weak and poorly made. Slow service, food was luke warm and not served well. Short on flavor and tastye

Stopped here on July 22. Not our favorite spot we have tried. The prices were high for breakfast and it took approximately 90 minutes to get seated, served, and checked out - which was a long time just for breakfast on the road. It seemed like there was only one cook and for sure only one server. Food was decent. My only other complaint was the two flies who decided to have a fight in my gravy. That was not the fault of the restaurant, but maybe some way to keep the flies out might be needed.

We were headed through Georgetown on route to Guanella Pass and wanted to stop in for lunch before the trek, especially with our almost one year old son.
Be careful with parking in Georgetown, it can be a nightmare.
Walking past, they had a chalkboard sign out front that said Fish & Chips (which I always love), so we stopped in.
In looking at the menu, the place is all Italian so the Fish & Chips didn't make sense. I figured the server would mention it but didn't so the Fish & Chips is still a mystery.
I ordered a beer with soup and salad. Wife ordered a ham and cheese sandwich.
The server dropped off a bottle of water with no glasses.
The place was busy, no doubt but its a small little cafe with what looked like adequate servers.
Ar 15 minutes in, the water glasses finally showed up. No beer.
At 20 minutes in, the sandwich and my little cup of soup arrive. No beer, asked about it, they were out of what I wanted so I switched the order.
At 40 minutes in, we had to grab the servers attention and mention the missing salad, and beer.
At about 45 minutes in, my tiny salad finally arrives, when we where done with everything else. Again no beer.
I understand when places are busy but almost an hour for a basic salad and never getting a drink order was ridiculous.
The food was pretty good and it was a cute little restaurant but they have a big serving issue.
