Located in the Historic Fulton Brick District, Beks serves lunch and dinner in a causal atmosphere. All of our food is prepared in house and we hand cut our USDA aged steaks. Our pastas are made to order with 100% cream. In addition we serve several great sandwiches and salads as well as desserts. We feature creative lunch and dinner specials that we post twice a day on our web sight.
So I thought I had posted about Beks back in August and realized that I missed it. Speaking of missing ... we missed Beks for 4 years since we moved to Florida. We often will find a cool hip place here and always reference back...MoreThank you Noreen for taking the time to write a kind review. Hopefully it will not be another 4 years before you make it back to Fulton. Until then take care! Rebekah Vaught

My cousin and I ate here while visiting my brother at the hospital. It is a self serve frozen yogurt bar very much like orange leaf. However, unlike Orange Leaf they had this AMAZING watermelon sorbet. Best sorbet of my life. The staff was very friendly. The place is super cute.

They are extremely over priced. They wanted almost $40 for a half and half large pizza. The waitress was rude. Too over priced. Would never pay 40dollars for any type of pizza any where. Just my opinion. Will not be returning.

Or, in Trekie terms, resistance is futile. DQ always offers up a refreshing break. Even if it was only 40 degrees outside. Stopping at DQ to take a well deserved break from long distance driving is a perfectly acceptable practice. Love DQ.

Was hoping for a taste of home when I ran upon this little "Cajun" place in Fulton. As usual, when searching for good Cajun food I was disappointed. Having grown up in the heart of true Cajun country I know what Cajun should be...this is not it. The red beans and rice were overly spicy...hot...almost to the point of being inedible. Cajun is not about hot, rather more about perfectly seasoned with a little zing at the end. The sausage in the red beans may have been andouille as advertised but a poor excuse for it...no rich deep smoke flavor. The meat pies were small bite sized meat pies rather than the large meal sized pies common in north Louisiana. The meat in the pies I was served was poorly seasoned...flavor lacking..land tasted like it had begun to spoil...a bit rancid. As for the gumbo...the consistency was more of an etouffee than gumbo. The shrimp were rubbery so basically over cooked. Of course gumbo is very subjective but I have eaten tons of it and no one I know ever put tomatoes in their gumbo...yep they did here. Tomatoes are for etouffee. Suggestion...pass.

The place has really changed a lot from forty years ago. It is much cleaner but still draws the college crowds. Cheap eats and beer fare. Fun to sit around and remember the old days with your friends. Street parking and a lot across the...MoreThanks for the review. Being a Westminster alumni it was important to have a place for both Westminster and William Woods students, faculty, staff, and alumni to be able to frequent. Hope to see you back at alumni weekend this year!

There are normally not many Vegan options in a small town. This fits the bill - but still has tons of options for non-vegans. Everything is fresh and unique. Give it a try!

100% Hickory Wood Slow Smoked BBQ Restaurant. We cater too!
Was headed to Kansas City for a baseball tournament on found this place in between. Not off the main highway but worth the extra few miles. Very good BBQ and a great choice in sides. Hush puppies were great and the brisket was very, very tender.

This is the basic Mexican restaurant with chips and salsa before the meal and all the foods you would expect. I found it crowed and tasteless. Do not drink the margaritas as they are made with the cheapest bad tequila.
