We went to Kathy's on a recommendation from a relative, driving over from Clio, and were not disappointed. The dining area has the feel of an old time restaurant, with lots of wood and spacious seating. The menu is extensive - meats, fish, salads, soups, sandwiches; many choices. I tried liver and onions for the first time in my life and, with a salad and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, it was quite tasty. Prices are reasonable; our dinner for four, with two of us having a pint of draft beer, came to just over $50 before the tip. Service was pleasant and attentive. There is a separate bar which we did not visit. We will certainly return the next time we're in the area.

Giant selection of ice cream and soft serve. Almost too many to mention. Too bad they can't stay open year round. Just remember that they ONLY accept cash, but they do have an ATM machine on property. They have plenty of outdoor seating for the entire family too!

My wife and I are visiting our family members and we/they decided to go to Sorrento's for dinner. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We were a party of 7 adults and we were splitting the bill in three ways. We were all served in a timely manner and we all had different food choices. They were very pleasant and accommodating. We all enjoyed our meals.

This is a new bakery in town. We went in to try the famous cheese rolls. These cheese rolls are supposed to be just like from school. They were similar, but not quite right. They are also pretty pricey at 2.50 each. The cake that was on display was really sad looking with drooping frosting. The cookies looked decent, but we didn't try any. There were also small boxes of treats that appeared to be mistakes. These were still expensive and not appetizing as they were crumbling apart. Anyway, we got the cheese rolls home and heated them for 15 seconds in the microwave as instructed. They are ok. I was wishing for more flavor. The original cheese rolls were cooked longer. They were browned on top and slightly crunchy. These were very soft all over and not at all browned. I might stop in again to try something else, but I won't be buying the cheese rolls again.

Cute old school drive-in restaurant. Vintage car owners come here on some summer evenings which is always fun to check out. Flushing is a sweet, quaint town with a cute downtown area. This A&W has eat in area as well. Their fish and chips are yummy but I'm telling you, the coneys are the best!

Met friends here for dinner. My husband and I split a small pizza and a small antipasto. The pizza was delicious, Gina's puts a very generous amount of toppings on your pizza, no need to asked for double on any topping. The antipasto was a very generous size, made with fresh ingredients. The prices are very reasonable, the wait staff very friendly and attentive. I'll take Gina's over a chain pizza place any time.

The Pour House is the perfect spot to pop in for a great meal. Lots of TVs for sports viewing, Club Keeno and lively atmosphere. All the food is super good, we especially love the liver pate with warm garlic toasts. All is great from apps to entrees. Fun bar atmosphere as well.

I love Fandangles for an evening of wonderful food, wine and warm atmosphere. The food is more unique than your average "nice" restaurant and more gourmet. The entrees aren't huge portions, but with salad which is very good and the delicious soup which we usually add on because it is so good, you are definitely satisfied after finishing your meal. We enjoy red wine and always love the bottle we chose and the owner is very knowledgeable and can help you pick the perfect bottle if you are unsure. We try to go for our anniversary since we got married there, so I must say it is the perfect place for a small wedding.

Located in quaint downtown Flushing is this little gem. Excellent selection of favorites as well as some unique choices. Juan and his staff always take great care of us. The Margaritas are especially good here. I highly recommend the the Chicken taco fajita salad.
