We can't make a trip to Ocean City/Fenwick Island without buying some Fishers Caramel Popcorn. It has a taste like no other and I don't mean to be knocking other places, but Fisher's is the BEST! Of course, we start eating it right away and we always buy several containers to bring home to friends. In our opinion, it's worth going to the beach just to get Fisher's Caramel popcorn. They have other flavors, but we like the Caramel, with nuts, the best. Go and enjoy!

Locally owned and delaware proud small friendly restaurant specializing in made-from-scratch items and fresh local produce. Can't wait to see you soon!
This is a great new favorite. The service is outstanding. The menu changes frequently due to what is available locally. We had scallops, catch if the day, shrimp and grits and crabcakes. The salads and soup of the day were excellent. We shared dessert which...MoreHi y’all! We are so glad you found us! Everything here is amazing. Doesn't look like much from the outside it's in the corner of a strip plaza but all the locals are OK with everybody being fooled because we like to keep it to ourselves:)
If you do stumble upon this place or try it out you will not be disappointed. Great prices, great quality of food, everything tastes amazing. They do only carry beer and wine however don't look for spirits here.
Nice indoor and outdoor seating good for couples and families. Great lunch specials as well.

We ordered two of the most basic dishes on the menu, eggplant parmesan and chicken parm. When the meals arrived my husband was served VEAL parmesan instead of the eggplant he had ordered. The server apologized for the mistake, and about 10 minutes later brought the eggplant parm. It was weirdly stuffed with a ricotta filling, unlike any eggplant parm we had ever had before, and did not match the description on the menu. Unfortunately it was unpalatable for my husband. I offered him half of my remaining chicken, but had trouble cutting it because it was so dry.
The server made no attempt to make things right - he acted as if he didnt care if we were satisfied customers at all. We asked him to let the chef know about our meals but we don't know if he did or not.
How could the chef ruin such basic Italian dishes as eggplant parm and chicken parm? And to add insult to injury, when we got home we saw we were charged for the more expensive veal parmesan instead of the eggplant.
What a disappointment - we will definitely not return to Mia Fratello!

Fastest service that I've ever had for breakfast. It was a 10min wait for a table but took less than 5mins for our food once we placed our order. All was delicious.

This is very similar to another custom made doughnut company in Virginia. You pick out your doughnut type and fixings; but Fractured Prune gives you a card (i.e. 6 of spades, queen of hearts, etc) as your order. The other company has an open area so you can actually see your doughnut being made. Fractured Prune not so much. Your card type is called when your order is ready. The doughnuts are okay---but the other company has more fixing options. This is a good place to try if you aren't near the "other " company.

OUR STORY Bruce McGuigan grew up near the water, spending his time recreational and commercial fishing until his passion led him to open Captain Mac's Bait & Tackle. Opening the doors in 1983, Bruce and his father, Charles "Mac" McGuigan, provided Fenwick Island with professional equipment and expert advice for 32 years. In 2012, Bruce and his family chose to grow their passion for fresh, local seafood and opened Lone Mullet Seafood Market next door. Specializing in freshly caught fish, local stone crab claws, and steamed-to-order Maryland blue crabs, Bruce began the transition from catching to cooking. Having spent much of his life fishing in small towns from the Florida Keys to Baja, Bruce noticed a correlation between fresh fish and good food. With his "simple-is-better" mindset, Bruce began planning his next move. After the 2013 season, with a little push from Hurricane Sandy, the McGuigans tore down the old tackle shop and began a new. After a 20-year dream, the doors opened just in time for Memorial Day weekend of 2014, and Captain Mac's Fish House quickly became a local sensation. We specialize in fresh, local seafood that comes right from the boat to our showcase. Here at Captain Mac's, we believe that fish should never be frozen, farm-raised, or shipped across the country. We strive to carry the freshest possible product, sourced from local fishermen here in the DelMarVa area whenever possible. We have a FRESH SEAFOOD MARKET carrying a variety of fish, shrimp, clams, oysters, stone crab claws, live crabs, and lobster ready for you to take home and cook yourself. We also steam to order crabs, shrimp, lobster, and clams. If you're not in the mood to cook, let us do the work for you! Place your order at the counter, grab a seat at your favorite colored picnic table, and enjoy the beautiful view of the Assawoman bay and Ocean City skyline while you wait. Or, see if you can identify the many shorebirds that frequent the marsh. Our goal is to serve fresh seafood, cooked to order the way you like. We serve a full LUNCH AND DINNER MENU consisting of our fresh catch of the day prepared fried, blackened, or grilled. Try our delicious homemade crabcakes, customer-favored fish tacos, appetizers including shrimp and shellfish, and many more dishes. We also serve wine by the glass or bottle as well as beer, emphasizing our local craft breweries. Please come in and see us and try a taste of the freshest possible local seafood from the man that knows best.
My wife, in-laws and I enjoyed a crab dinner at Captain Mac's Fish House while we were in the area. Parking can be incredibly challenging during prime dining hours but quickly eases.
There are no servers here so order at the counter when you arrive and then go find a table. Don't forget to keep an ear out for your name as they'll call it out when your food is ready.
We were lucky enough to score an outside table which offered a view of the wetlands outside the restaurant with a view of the sunset.
All four of us ordered the crab cakes. They were delicious as were the fries. The corn [on the cob] not so much.
Needless to say, Captain Mac's doesn't take reservations. If you're in the area and looking for some good seafood at reasonable prices, this is a great option. Just try to avoid prime dining hours.

Once again Just Hooked has proven itself to be the best seafood restaurant in Fenwick Island. Everyone's meal was superbly prepared and totally delicious. We especially loved the calamari appetizers and salmon and scallop entrees. And the servers were exceptional as well -- so friendly and efficient. We will return again and again to Just Hooked.

Seafood restaurant famous for Crabcakes and Bloody Marys with a fantastic view of the bay. Open year round.
Crab cakes were excellent ... all crab, no filler, and very fresh flavor. But can't forget the homemade coleslaw ... would love to have the recipe for that dressing! Even the French fries, which are usually an "also ran" side, were fried in peanut oil and very tasty! Only downside was the noise level ... even on a Monday evening in September, it was impossible to talk over the noise ... I get that this is largely a bar (but with wonderful food!), but the noise level is extreme. Come for the food ... have your quiet conversations later!

For over 26 years, Nantuckets has been providing a wonderful fine dining experience with a great bar and happy hour daily. Try hand-crafted cocktails, fine wines, great seafood and some of the best steaks at the beach.
My wife and I were in Ocean City, MD celebrating our anniversary. We were looking for an upscale restaurant and David Twining's Nantucket Restaurant was recommended by a friend who has a home in the area. We noticed right away that there appeared to be an older clientele in the dining room. This is usually a good sign that the experienced “locals” frequent the place. The dining area was well appointed and the fireplace was going as this was mid-November. The atmosphere was what you would want for a special dinner. The waitress was very polite and professional. My wife and I both ordered soup appetizers and they arrive promptly and where nice and hot. Mine was the lobster bisque, and while it was quite tasty and a generous portion, there wasn’t much lobster in it. My wife had a chowder bisque which she said was quite good. Our entrees were a steak for me and the crab cake for my wife. Both entrees came with two sides. My wife raved over the crab cake and my steak was cooked exactly right. The vegetables were steamed to perfection. We both had glasses of the house red and white wines.
We order a pumpkin cheesecake and coffee for dessert. The cheesecake was excellent,..served with whipped cream and fresh strawberries and blackberries.Though this place is pricey, the portions were pretty generous and well prepared We would definitely go back.
