Bakery and restaurant specializing in homemade, from scratch items. Breakfast is served all day and nightly dinner specials are offered and available for dine in or take out. All our sandwiches are served on our homemade breads and sandwich rolls and our pies are homemade with no pie fillings. Our bakery case if filled daily with homemade muffins, cookies, pies, cake and our famous homemade sticky bun cinnamon rolls. Our goal is to serve you a meal or dessert that is made with the same love and ingredients as if it was made in your home. Also serving Marcie's homemade ice cream. Check us out on Facebook!
My mom and I had breakfast here the other day and we really enjoyed our experience. The food was very good and the portions were large. We shared an omelette breakfast with home-fries and a delicious muffin (that was an extra side) the coffee flowed freely. The waitress was very attentive to our needs. It was the first time I'd ever been there and would definitely go back.

This is another little iconic ice cream shop. Good hard ice cream. Sundays and milkshakes are about average. Their soft serve just doesn't measure up to the local competition. It tastes kind of icy, not smooth and creamy. Sara's is much better. We also like Mr. Shivers in Waterford.

We've always enjoyed Avonia Tavern. But our last two visits were disappointing. They've changed the menu - no chili, and it was one of their best items! The burgers are still great. Service was very, very slow both times. Last night they weren't that busy and we only ordered burgers, but waited over an hour.

Had a friend come for a visit and we decided to go there to eat. She got a ham & cheese sub and I got the chicken salad...both were big portions (and we both got the smaller sizes). We were both impressed by the food and the waitress (sorry forgot her name) was awesome. I would give them two thumbs up!

Great tasting food starts with great quality, raw ingredients. We have hearty soups, made from scratch daily. We only use the freshest, the finest, and the most wholesome products we can find. We use locally made hearth baked breads, home roasted meats and farm fresh vegetables for all our salads, sandwiches and paninis. We have deliciously homemade pizza that explode with flavors. We roast coffee on site and have over 53 different types of coffee available and over 280 loose leaf teas from around the world. Our kitchen is always open and we are always happy to see you!!! Out of the Grey is in my neighborhood in the building that used to hold my favorite pizza place. After driving by for a couple of years my wife and I stopped one day. It was nice, clean, smelled good but was basically a coffee shop/ tea room. The clerk was nice, but there was really nothing that either my wife or I would go back for. Good coffee but not worth the price.

Only have had breakfast so far at Chico’s. Recently ordered basic over medium eggs home made sausage patty and home fries. Nothing to get excited about except the sausage was very good. The home fries tasted more like miniature French fries. I like my home fries moist inside and a crunch outside. Not good. Our server Missy was sweet but all alone. Too many tables for one server. I will be back to try their dinner selections.

Let's face it, I don't often rate a McDonalds. Most of the time we know what to expect and we don't stop there because of the Trip Advisor rating. My wife and I were traveling late recently, and decided to stay at a nearby motel that was out in the middle of nowhere. When we searched for food (keep in mind it was late) the McDonalds was the only thing we could find. We called ahead and verified that they were open for another 25 minutes. Well, 20 minutes later we in in the drive through to order. I'm sure they weren't thrilled to see us when it was almost closing time, but both of the people who interacted with us at the window were very pleasant, our food only took a few minutes and it was hot and tasty. Kudos to all of them for their great attitude and friendly service.
