Good place, variety of food selections for a mixed crowd. Like their chowders & soups. The lovely old church is attractive & different...maybe a little loud when it's very busy.Thank you for your review! The building was designed for one person speaking(the Priest) very hard to control the volume of our guests having a good time with out affecting the look of the building.

We met family at Goody Coles for a late lunch. It was awesome! My wife and I had just returned from an 11,000 mile road trip around the country. We had BBQ in Missouri, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, California, Arizona, Texas, Florida and Georgia! The brisket at Goody Coles was easily the best I have had - scrumptious! My wife had the ribs; I had the 1/2 lb brisket sandwich. The brisket was delicious even before I added the sauce. The roll was soft, fresh and held together. Nothing is worse than a roll that falls apart.... At GC's there is a good selection of BBQ sauce to use. I went for the Medium - it was perfect: sweet, tangy, with a touch of hot! You of course can kick it up with tabasco or sriracha! Goody's is nice and casual, it is all about the BBQ! at 2 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon it was packed, people getting take out & those waiting for a table to empty. If Goody's were closer (now 100+ miles) we would be there weekly!! Can't wait for our next trip south!

Orange Leaf is probably our favorite frozen yogurt shop of all the ones around. Their yogurts just taste better overall. I pretty much always get the triple chocolate one (I think that's what it's called) and my husband and kids get strawberry or the other fruity ones. The had a pink lemonade one recently that is really good. The toppings are plentiful and the service is excellent. The employees are very polite and helpful.

Starbux are omnipresent but the Epping location shines. For years, every person who has waited on me has been more than amenable and gracious and especially has a sense of humor. Efficiency producing a great product is the name of the game regardless of the mass of humanity pouring in seemingly every minute. It is my destination Starbucks..

We are a Modern American Steakhouse with an Award-Winning Butchery and Craft Beer Store Attached... We showcase top quality meats, house-crafted sausages and meats, locally made products and Hundreds of New England Crafted beers along with several other Domestice specialties...
We heard about this establishment on a local television program featuring area restaurants and other great places to visit in New Hampshire. Rather unique in that it is a restaurant and butcher shop, along with a local craft beer room. At 2:45 on a Sunday we were told the wait for a table for two would be about 45 minutes so we occupied ourselves looking at the huge variety of meats, salads, desserts and other goodies in the butcher shop. We were seated in about an hour, unfortunately the wait for larger groups was much longer. We decided to try the hamburgers and were not disappointed- they're large and delicious. Took home some sausages, stuffed chicken breasts and beer from the shop. We highly recommend a visit to the Tuckaway Tavern, just be prepared to wait to be seated no matter what day or time.

Stopped by DD for a quick bite on my way through town, using the drive thru service. First and last time for this DD. To start with, it took 15 mins to serve four cars... the young man in the window should be removed. It took him three times to get the order of the first car right... and then he shot the breeze with the folks in the next car for 5 or 6 minutes. When I finally received my order, I was charged $3.69 for the ham flatbread sandwich - a crummy piece of flatbread with two microscopically-thin pieces of ham and a piece of cheese!! At $2.50 I'd have felt overcharged!! How does this place stay in business?? Seriously!! Next time I'll head to the McDonald's next door...

We offer live entertainment on Friday evenings and seasonal outdoor seating. My wife and I had lunch here and we both enjoyed the great service and food. They were extremely busy so we sat at the counter. The bartender quickly offered drinks, delivered the complementary popovers and was an excellent server. Her name us Bailee (cute name), and while we were there she was delivering meals, pouring drinks, stacking glasses, etc., etc. Absolutely the most efficient waitstaff/ bartender we have ever witnessed. Bailee is a star!

The Haven Restaurant has been around since the 1950's. We visited on a weekday afternoon to try their seafood; specifically sea scallops and their awesome hand cut fries.
The scallops here were very good, 8.5 out of a 10. Their hand cut fries were excellent, 9.5 rating on those. The Owner spoke to us at length, and was very courteous and informative. Seafood is brought in daily, and is local. If you're not a seafood buff, that's okay, their menu has a plethora of other choices. Cleanliness wise, this place sets a bar hard to match.
Here's the kicker for us; Those who prepare your food are listening to you. Your food is being prepared exactly as you ordered it because they are listening. Preparation begins before you even get rung up. Speed here was incredible, and if you're seeking a quality, quick, and properly prepared meal, this is the place.
There is indoor and outdoor seating, and an ice cream menu that can match nearly anyone. They also raise ducks each year in their on site pond, and you can feed them duck food which is available. Plenty of parking, handicapped accessible.

Stopped in on the way home from hitting the "antique" sales.
Packed house, smelled wonderful all the way from the street.
Had the stuffed french toast, corned beef hash omelet and home fries.....
The hash had no crispiness ( only lightly warmed before being folded into the omelette to be honest), lots of cheese and the eggs were cooked just like I asked for.
The french toast came with sour cream and sprinkled with brown sugar, while piled high with 2 layers of berries and sliced banana.
Worth the stop just make sure to ask for the way you want things cooked.

Casual American style pub featuring house-smoked meats, comfort food and a great craft beer selection.
Excellent beer selection with stout options year round. Sandwiches are huge & delicious. I personally can only eat half, except the fish sandwich that I order "no roll" - with the fries this is a perfect size for me! My partner never complains of leaving hungry by portion size.
