Every month we offer two different Menus, one of them is a Gastronomic and the other is marinated with sherry wines. We change both of them depend of season.
This place lived up to all expectations and more. The langoustines in a buttery sherry sauce were incredible. One of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. Service and wine was also excellent. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back if I get the chance.

Fab food, oxtail was divine. Good wine recommendation, great service.
We ate dinner there and were not disappointed. Ambience was lovely, we got there shortly after 8 for dusk. All food arrived as expected i.e in proper courses not just brought to table haphazard.
Had a lovely lical wine too.
Portions were full or half not tapas, we had five, great value for money.

This place was right around the corner from were we were staying. Nice patio with outdoor Seating. At 9 pm there was nobody there, so we had to come back at 10pm - in good Spanish fashion. Food was good but rather small portions. Service was super slow, not because the only waiter was bad, but because they are severely understaffed. One person can't cope with that many tables. But the waiter was very nice and apologetic so in the end we didn't mind as much. We took his recommendation for a local wine, Tintilla, and it was very good.
Overall an OK experience cause good was good and setting is beautiful but they could do so much better.

The taste of our dishes, the exquisiteness of our homemade desserts and the expertise of our professionals together with the affection that puts the family in daily work, makes La Bodeguilla is today one of the local reference of El Puerto.
OK I've taken a long time to get round to writing this review. We visited this fabulous place for a Birthday celebration in May. The food was superb and the lovely, friendly waiter, Luis, made our evening special. There was something for everyone - meat eaters and vegetarians. I had an amazing salad with a rosemary sorbet dressing and a selection of tapas dishes. Everything was great. It doesn't look that special, but it really is.

Sure, you've probably heard this so many times, but let me tell you that I'm not much of a sweets kind of guy. This place, however, gets me every time, and we've visited it at least five or six times. Every time we go it's packed, so you have to take a number, and they only take cash. The ice cream is very tasty, the hosts very nice and patient, they know that it might take a few tries for you to make up your mind... Highly recommend it, oh, and by the way, you can walk down about fifty meters, to their second site, where they have tables set up and you can sit down, enjoy your deliciousness, and people watch. What more can you ask for?

This is the spot to go to for breakfast. We have been coming here every year for the 5 or 6 years. Their molletes are outstanding and even more when you put jamon or manteca colorá. You can't go wrong with their café con leche. Sitting inside is just as enjoyable as sitting outside.

I went to "Cantina Puerto México" with my husband, few weeks ago.
We had Nachos, chicken Sincronizadas and Quesadillas as starters.
Then, we ordered chicken Enchilada and Tostadas de Carnita as main courses, along with a jar of 1 litre of delicious Strawberry Margarita.
Everything was so tasty my husband managed to order also some chocolate cheesecake!
Unbeatable quality/price. We totally recommend this place! You cannot miss it if you're visiting El Puerto!

The food was reasonable, I had a lovely cut of pork fillet, but marred somewhat by the accompanying tinned vegetables. (They're not big on veg in this part of Spain). But what spoiled our experience, and I totally agree with reviewer Beano, was the service. When the owner took our money he did not look at us at all, and literally threw the receipt and card across the table before walking away. My husband and I looked at each other totally aghast. Maybe he doesn't like the British?

Amazing place, beautiful environment, friendly staff, delisious food. We had a wonderful celebration of baptism at this restaurant in the end of September. Both our adult guests and their kids were very happy! Special thanks to the administrator/owner Aurelio, he was extreemly helpful and very professional. I strongly recommend the place for any possible occasion: kids birthdays, friends reunions or a romantic meal with a beloved one!

Restaurant specializes in Galician cuisine, with wines of this place and made with shape and high quality artisan products. We have indoor and outdoor Seating, as well as tapas portions, plates, beer cellar and a wide selection of wines from Galicia.
Galician restaurant specialized in preparation of pulpo, but some other sea fruits are also available. Very tasty seasoning, but the choice is relatively limited. Very friendly and good humored service, a quite good environment. A place not to be missed, visit at least once during your stay in the area.
