While this ice cream stand offers 24 soft ice cream flavors, they're only available in a medium size. In addition to the specialty flavors, they also have the standard soft serve flavors of vanilla & chocolate, which come in other sizes as well. The day I was there, they had soft serve tiramisu, a flavor you don't usually see at a typical stand. At the same address, they also have a FunPlex Fun Park with go karts, miniature golf, rock climbing, batting cages, bumper boats, etc. There's a fast food restaurant there as well called The Boat House Grill.

This DD was in a local gas station. We stopped to fill up the gas tank, get coffee and a bite to eat before leaving to travel home. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and good, the staff friendly and I loved the polka music in the backround.

Near Albany
We frequently travel from Boston to Buffalo and always have a hard time finding somewhere to grab a bite in-between that can accomodate my wife's multiple food allergies. Well, solution FOUND outside of Albany at Chez Mike! Chef Mike put together a nice squash salad appetizer with a hanger steak and she was thrilled. I had the special, a grilled cheese with apple slices and carmelized onion... best grilled cheese I've ever had. Service was personable and prompt, prices very fair. We'll never stress about where to eat in our east-west travels again!

This was my first experience with Thai food and I'll be going back! This is a small restaurant but was able to accommodate our group of 7 comfortably for dinner. The service was fast and everyone had something different. Having a vegan and vegetarian in the group sometimes make going out to restaurant a challenge but this place hit the spot for all. The portions were good sized with most of us bringing home a doggie bag. Prices were very reasonable. Try it!

We visited Piece of Cake to sample cakes for my daughter's upcoming wedding. We were promptly greeted by a very polite young man who offered us beverages. The baker presented us with cupcakes and several fillings to sample. They were incredibly delicious!!! It was hard to choose which was the best!! The baker went through every aspect of the choices and explained the pros and cons of each. She also helped with design suggestions. I thought her ideas were very helpful, and she was patient and thorough in her explanations. Can't wait to see and taste the wedding cake!!!

Personally I like Dunkin Donuts better, but my wife likes Starbucks. We stopped here this morning for a quick coffee. The cashier was new (maybe her first day) so our order was entered wrong. Even so, as soon as the staff found out they immediate fixed all the problems and did it with a smiling face.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street and were looking for a place close by for a quick early dinner. It turns out the Crackle Barrel was just what we needed. The Pecan Catfish dinner with baked potato hit the spot. Susan L was a professional, helpful and friendly server. Highly recommended.

We love stopping at 16 Handles because it is bright, cheery and filled with lots of choices. Their hot fudge is rich and creamy and they have non-dairy choices which is important to our family.

The food and service was amazing. The best dining experience in the capital region! Hands down. I have never been disappointed. The prices are on the expensive side, but worth it. We has appetizers, salads, entrees and dessert. Every course was better than the previous...MoreYES! So glad you and your date went all out and had the experience we love delivering. Thank you!
