Dundonald (from Irish: Dún Dónaill, meaning "Dónall's stronghold") is a large settlement and civil parish in County Down. It lies east of Belfast and is often deemed to be a suburb of the city. It includes the large housing estate of Ballybeen, and the many new housing estates that have emerged in the last few years. John de Courcey established a keep including a motte and Bailey in the 12th century. This is now known as Moat Park and can be accessed from Church Green, Comber Road and the Upper Newtownards Road.

Award winning restaurant serving the best in traditional indian cuisine with a contemporary twist with excellent service to match. We have a great range of early bird and special deals all year round.
It’s been a while since I’ve sat in the restaurant but I’m basing my review on the two takeaways I’ve had in the last two weeks. The food was fantastic- especially the chicken pathia and the chicken was nice and tender. The garlic naan bread was delicious too.

60th birthday party at Rayanne House 8/9 October 2016
Fabulous dinner based on last Titanic menu. It was a very special experience with 9 courses served over a 4 hour period. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely superb. The matched wines were well chosen to add to the flavours of the dishes and were very drinkable. The staff were excellent, providing polite, efficient and unobtrusive service. Breakfast the next morning was also amazing with a much more interesting choice than a typical hotel and it all tasted gorgeous. Highly recommended.

Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a coffee and cake.
Fantastic fry here - with great quality ingredients. Chowder and other dishes are also delicious. However once id a terrible salt n chili squid. it was far too salty and over cooked. however, ive been here dozens of times and everyone can have an off day!
Decor is modern, and bright, but acoustics can leave it sounding a bit loud at times.
Good range of drinks and traybake too.

Absolutely brilliant fun packed night as usual with Nicky and staff at the TT. Scrumptious food, mesmerising magician, great music and pleasant happy staff as always. Busy night for them but they couldn't have been more pleasant. Well done TT. Happy 2018 to you all.

Coast is a family run restaurant in the beautiful town of Holywood. Open daily for lunch and evening meals, our combined expertise brings you the high standards you deserve.
Coast deserves to be at the top of the list for Holywood. The place is really special. The staff are great, and the food is delicious. We shared the duck as a starter, then went our separate ways at the main courses. Everyone was happy - all meals were excellent, and delicious. I loved the lamb shank.

I’ve eaten here twice in the last 3 months and it’s excellent.
Their burger menu is extensive - I’ve had both chicken and beef here and both were excellent.
The sides are great too - I’d recommend the sweet potato fries and the garlic and chilli potato cubes.
The desserts are very good too.
The food is great and the portions are huge but service could be a little faster as we waited ages for dessert! It was worth the wait though ...
Their banoffee was made with an Oreo biscuit base.
For two courses (main including a side, and dessert) plus a soft drink it worked out at £20 per head.

Pop in most weeks for some tasty bites, always have coffee and scones, up to now favourites have been cinnamon and rhubarb and ginger. This week we had lemon curd and coconut. What a treat, lovely tangy flavour of lemon meant was not too sweet.
A winning combination. Consistently great coffee is why we return. Wide choice of meats and fresh produce. The sirloin steaks have great flavour, actually got all Christmas meats here and was well pleased. Yes restaurant is busy, but usually not long to wait. Improved road access is welcome.

Went to the Secret Garden for afternoon tea to celebrate a special birthday. Everything was perfect from the booking process through to the actual afternoon tea. Food was amazing with great taste, quantity and presentation. There was a lovely unhurried atmosphere. Staff were helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble including staff putting up a banner before hand and getting table ready with extra things I had left in. Glad I picked the secret garden and rest of group all said they would be returning. Secret Garden - Thanks for making the day so special!

My son and I had a really yummy late lunch yesterday. The food was very tasty, well presented on hot plates ( I don't like hot food on a cold plate)
Service was friendly and attentive.
Surroundings clean and very comfortable.I just about got a pic of dessert before " nosh " was obliterated
