I had not been here in years, but recently enjoyed a good plate of spinach and avocado enchiladas in salsa verde. I was with a group in the party room. The spinach really filled the tortillas. If you like veggie enchiladas, these are the best I've had in the area. My husband ordered the carne asade, and the portion was large but the steak was too tough to enjoy. Like most places with a large menu, you have to try different things and decide what's your best choice. The service was good and very friendly, if a bit slow on the beverages and refills for a large group. Chips and salsa are okay; I prefer a salsa with more texture, and this is the pourable, puréed type. The cowboy beans were really good -- it's a little thing, but someone took the time to put some real flavor into that side.

Old style pizza place that makes you think you are in Chicago or New York. They have all the favorite food from an Italian eating establishment

At In-N-Out Burger, quality is everything. Stop by to enjoy our menu of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries and shakes. In-N-Out makes fast food the old fashioned way.
Extraordinary service. Courteous, friendly, smiling employees. Very limited menu, burgers and fries. They bake their own buns. Hamburger is fresh, not frozen and very thin. Very clean, inside and out. There are better burgers out there (Fuddruckers). This is the place if you want to eat fast and inexpensively. I very much admire/appreciate the Bible verses on cups and burger wrapping.

Little hole in the wall but a great place for flavored coffees and teas. The pies are to die for. Limited seating.

Good food & normal price. Rarely on a wait for a table. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is sometimes the service is a little slow.

Traveling on business I stopped in for dinner alone. Food quality was very good as was the service. Menu was limited. The only fish was catfish and salmon. I had blackened salmon and it was very good - cooked perfectly. Beer was ice- cold and prices very reasonable.
If you are looking for any other kind of fish but catfish, salmon or cod you won't get it here. However the food you do get is very good.

We have always enjoyed Papadeaux’s in other cities and this one did not disappoint. The fried shrimp was wonderful. They know how to do Gumbo and red beans and rice right! The service couldn’t have been better. Our waiter was very attentive, bringing drink refills without having to ask, and watching for our every need. Wonderful restaurant.

You know what you're getting when you step inside a Waffle House - simple breakfast food, quick service and reasonable prices. The DeSoto location delivered on all fronts. We were able to grab a table right away and our server, Bryan, took great care of us front the get go. Stick to the basic dishes and you'll do just fine, waffles with pecans, egg dishes and sides like hash browns. Our food was served quickly (we were amazed at how many staff were working in the kitchen) and was decent.

You can usually depend on the Cracker Barrel to deliver very good, reasonably priced comfort food. The DeSoto, Texas location is no exception. Very friendly and attentive staff and management. The restaurant is clean and inviting with the usual Cracker Barrel country decor. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily. Breakfast offerings are plentiful and all served with the usual biscuits and / or cornbread with all the fixin's. Lunch specials are available everyday. Dinner entrees are tasty and range from sandwiches, burgers, to full plate dinners featuring beef, chicken, and usually two or three Seafood choices. Nice Country Store & Gift Shop, and the usual lineup of rocking chairs to relax on the porch. Plenty of off-street parking. Recommended!

Braum's is by far my first choice for ice-cream in the DFW metroplex. This particular location has the best customer service of any of the Braum's I've been to. Kudos to local management for training their employees well!
