My family and I decided to go to Zizzi for lunch as a change, however after eating there we shouldn’t have wasted our money.
The food was average, nothing special. We only had salad’s and pizza’s, to be honest the apart from the pizza being in the clay oven I could’ve made it better myself. Both meals didn’t have much taste and took so long to arrive that we were on the verge of walking out. Also it took the staff ages to take our order and for the drinks to arrive, maybe that was a sign we should’ve left!
We found the staff to be rude and so unhelpful, the manager was just as rude as the waitress. Maybe that’s how you get a job at that particular restaurant. When we asked the waitress a question she rolled her eyes at us, then she went to ask the manager our question she done the same thing! So unprofessional & we won’t be returning.

Staff were friendly and around when you wanted them but not over pushy .Eveyone was happy with their food , but those who had not been before totally raved about the steak. Really good place to have close to home . Keep it up !!

Stopped off for lunch here sat outside, staff were good, and prompted us with choices for added extra's (good waiter) suggested a white wine for me which was lovely, I had a chicken avocado and walnut salad with a side of tomato salad too, it was served in a fluted bowl not the best way to eat a salad they could do with changing how they serve it as you cannot cut any of it and there was huge pieces of lettuce and strips of chicken, apart from that the food was good service also and we would return.

Established in 1987. The Jafflong has been Dartford's favourite provider of Indian cuisine for over 25 years. Traditional and authentic - we don't do gimmicks, we don't do 'contemporary', we don't do 'fusion'.

Awful frozen food, I have been eating for lunch in Christmas time and the same waiter which was serving us, recommended no to take frozen old fish, rice because pre cocked and not well done. It was embarrassing and taste was really disgusting but the price was certainly as you had a first class food. They need to close and re open with a real Spanish food not this low level quality.

The staff were very friendly and smiley with a great sense of humour - especially when my partner ordered a duck special curry with chips! The food was absolutely delicious and not a single flaw. A complimentary drink to finish made our date night. Beautiful decor meant that a quiet midweek visit still had a wonderful atmosphere. A hidden gem that more people need to know about. A surprising range of food as well! Can't wait to go back.
