This was my first visit - this Starbucks is inside Southland Mall just inside the entrance adjacent to the movie theatre. Staff behind the counter were not overly friendly, a bit dour, and only one bathroom which had a line! However, coffee good as always at Starbucks and conveniently located inside the mall.

Arrived on my own sunday around 3:30 pm..they accomodated me at the bar at my request since there was a 45 minutes waiting time for a table. The waitress behind the bar counter extremely rude, careless and even challenging when I requested the presence of the manager. I spoke the the manager told him what had happened and I was ready to depart the restaurant; he was so gracious so accomodating and service oriented that stopped me from me leaving the premises. He asked me to return to the bar counter, offered me appologies and made sure that everything went well. He was a true professional and certainly did make sure that everything would go well. Kudos to him and the getleman assisting at tha bar. Service impecable. They turned a possible desastrous experience into a memorable one. I do visit this restaurant quite often and after this wonderful experience I will certainly return.

Xiomara offered me a piece of her Burbon BBQ chicken, it was delicious and at the price unbeatable. Might I add this was the second part of her lunch.

Like other reviewers have said the location can scare some ppl off but please don't let it cause you will be missing out! We had to call because it's a small building with no clear entrance into the small parking lot lol. My wife was apprehensive cause it didn't look great but once we got in she changed her mind. The service was wonderful! Gave us tons of small samples and each pie & cake was more amazing than the previous! Highly recommend you go out of your way to stop here!

I have been to this location many times. My order is always correct and the employees are always friendly. That must be why this location is so busy. I think every time I've gone I haven't waited less than 30 minutes in the line to get to my turn! But I keep going back.

Fresh ingredients. They cook to order in front of you. Worth a trip. They serve breakfast also. They have salads, cookies, soups, and chips. Fountain sodas.

Usually I go for dinner, but on the rare chance I make it for brunch, I am always a happy girl. The tater tots skillet it delish, the chicken and waffles is on point, but this time I got the gyro omelet and was so glad I did. It was perfect and I loved the tzatziki sour cream! They had the seasonal Sweet Potato Casserole beer from Funky Buddha on tap, so I was a very happy girl indeed. They also had the football games going, so that was a plus as well. I've never had anything bad there and go every chance I get.

Tried this place & was very mpressed. Delicious food served w gorgeous presentation & plenty of food! Very delicious. Service was excellent. Music was a little too loud & we asked if they could lower the music which they did. Bathrooms were clean bt toilet was broken & i almost fell off. Will definitely go back.
