This hole in the wall serves only one thing, roast Turkey. Turkey tacos, Turkey tortas, Turkey soup. All fresh, all delicious, this place moves a lot of Turkey. Carvers up front, a few stools, some booths, a smattering of tables. If your stomach needs a rest, the Turkey rice soup is just what the doctor ordered.

This is a real local place, a cantina with good mexican flavours and typical atmosphere. Don't expect a pretty restaurant with elegant decoration. Stripped to the basics, Tequila, beer and great tacos and local flavours. If you want to have a real mexican meal, in a safe and truly local environment, venture to this cantina in the edge of one of Mexico City's trendiest neighbourhoods (Condesa).

I was here for a few hours today during a World Cup game. Great vibe, with a really great layout of the restaurant. Two floors, as well as single "bar" seats on either side of the downstairs. The tuna tartare was AMAZING - fresh, excellent sauce. Decent tacos, very good margaritas. Lots of TV's for games and nicely located near the Fountain.

is restaurant is very good for lunch and dinner. We enjoy their carne asada dinners that are very fresh. Also open for breakfast. Kind staff. Been in business quite a long time. Good value. wish the coffee was stronger.

The mexican equivalent of a gastro pub and it delivers consistently good neo traditional mexican staples such as tortas and tacos and a couple of imaginative reinterpretations like the aguachiles and the stuffed chilli.
Service is attentive.
On the downside, the desserts are not at the same level as the rest of the menu and music is not the best (hate to hear Cristian Castro pretending to sing like Jose Jose...)

Excellent local eatery very popular with the locals. Great tacos and Chile relleno. Extensive menu all cooked in sight of the patrons. We hope to return soon.

This place is listed in many of the most important foodie magazines as one the best coffee shops in the city so even though it wasn't around any main attraction or a nice neighborhood I still wanted to try it.
The ambiance or lack of it rather has no charm. When I looked around and saw all the artificial syrups, the dirty espresso machine and the menu I've already know I wasn't going to confirm the inclusion of this place in "the best coffee's list".
But I decided to give it a chance. I ordered a capuccino and made sure to check the size of the cup (as I always want a 6 oz cup). The waitress showed me the cup so we were all in the same page. My friend ordered a macchiato. Waiting for our drinks I spotted a messy and almost dirty counter. The walls where full of diplomas stating that the ownwer had participated in plenty of coffee preparation classes. To be fair, in one of them she got the third place and in another she got the second place.
When our drinks arrived we were speechless. My capuccino was in a 10 oz cup and my friend's macchiato was served in a venty glass (with cinnamon on top). When I asked the waitress about the cup she showed me before ordering she stated that the one she served on was the same size! She continuing telling us that my friend's macchiato was a latte machiato, really? If I would have wanted those kind of beverages I would have gone to a Starbucks, and enjoy a better neighborhood at least.
I have been living in the city for almost 10 months and my experience is that the service is great and normally they would apologize and try to bring you something closer to what you ordered, super accommodating!
I didn't order any food so I can't comment on that. Although I saw a few orders and nothing really was appealing.
Please save yourself a disappointment. If you are really into coffee avoid this place!

This is a nice cozy restaurant with an ample menu of mexican dishes. Steaks, Mexican food, kidneys etc. are but some of the items on the menu. I had the Mexican plate which comes with a Chile relleno, enchilada, beas, steak and tortillas. Everything was tasty and well presented, but both the sauce on my enchilada was very spicy. I also had the excellent crema de elote.
Service was very friendly and professional. Prices were mid range especially for the steaks.
I was a bit surprised that they did not bring any chips and salsa or bread to the table prior to our meal.
Prices are reasonable.
I would visit this place again
