Hamaknockers BBQ is a Family Owned Restaurant that has been spoiling customers for over 9 years with our World Famous BBQ. Known for our fall of the bone ribs, juicy chicken, famous smoked wings and of course our tender pulled pork!!
We stumbled across this little gem! Great BBQ, potatoes and hamburgers! It looked like a hole in the wall, but definitely was worth the stop. Great food and service!

Every time I have gone into this bakery the items have been delicious and fresh. You cannot go wrong with anything that you get.

Business took me to Crawfordville from Tallahassee. I stopped in at Wakulla Public Library and asked for "best seafood place." Three folks were unanimous ... Huttons truck is the place. I had a fabulous shrimp burger and my choice of side ... I went with baked beans and a Sprite to drink. Best lunch in a long time. Shrimp were insanely delicious. Day was cool, so it was fun sitting at the covered outside tables. They were very busy but I'd fortunately gotten there before most of the crowd. Very clean bathroom too!

Had the daily special, which was Grilled Flounder, it was perfectly cooked. The Seafood Platter was huge with a fantastic selection of shrimp, oysters, deviled crab and catfish. The staff were very attentive and efficient. Plenty of parking in the front of the restaurant.

Home of the $2.00 breakfast - pancakes and bacon - I opted for the Western Omelette, potatoes and biscuit, along with coffee. Savannah's Country Buffet also has a $3.00 special with eggs and toast.
Clean place and friendly staff. Centrally located on Gaines Street, Savannah's Country Buffet is not far from the seat of Florida government in Tallahassee. I arrived immediately upon opening and several tables were already occupied.
Breakfast was okay - nothing to write home about. I ordered the Western Omelette soft and the egg portion was correctly cooked. Vegetable items inside the omelette were a bit on the cool side - maybe they can cook them for a moment or two before throwing them in. Potatoes were ordered with extra onion. I knew about the .85 upcharge for "onions" but wasn't really impressed by the portion added. Not sure if potatoes came with onion to start, but the "added" portion was really small. In addition, the term "greasy spoon" comes to mind as the potatoes were loaded with oil. So much so that my review here was reduced by one full star as a result of this very oily order of potatoes.
Biscuit was okay - no butter - just some fake whipped spread. So not impressed for a "Country Buffet" that boasts about it's Southern style of cooking. While the potatoes were full of grease, my biscuit was buttered with fake spread.
Coffee was okay - I ordered it in a "to-go" cup and refilled it before leaving. Plenty of cream and sugar on the table. No complaint there.
Service was decent and plenty of parking was available. 3 stars overall, but I don't think a return trip to Savannah's Country Buffet is in the cards for me.

After enjoying the boat trip in the park we felt a bit peckish and followed trip advisors to BW's grill. It turns out to reside in a plaza with other eateries around. Simple cheap tables and chairs, with a menu specializing in meats, hamburgers and some fish. For the not-American visitor the problem is to deal with the attack of sugars in the salad dressings, the various condiments for the meaty dishes and what not. Asking for olive oil for the salad resulted in an embarrassed frantic search that yielded not oil, only some array of ultra sweet sauces. The steak was good and well done, the salad somewhat tired. Not a place to write home about.

Good Food, Good Fun and Good Friends! Come and see us today!
We celebrated my birthday here last year, and this year my husband said if we could get to FL, he wanted to have his birthday dinner here. Did and done.
The first thing that surprised us was that Lisa, the bartender, remembered us! That was a nice unexpected surprise.
Of course the food was as wonderful as we remembered. This year, with Lisa's recommendation, we ordered the Blue Crab Claws as an appetizer. They were SO good- a plate heaping with one-bite crab morsels, seasoned and fried to perfection. Our dinners were perfect, and so was the service. Lisa and Kathy made sure we had everything we wanted, and Mikey and Kori cleared things as soon as we were done with them so the table never felt crowded. After dinner we were honored to meet one of the Chefs that prepared our dinners, Alex. He, Robby and Craig make sure everything that leaves their kitchen will be loved by the guests. All the seafood is great, and you have to try the hush puppies, dollops of cornmeal fried fresh with every order.
As you might imagine, the amount of food served called for a doggie bag, so we have a good lunch waiting to be heated up.
We highly recommend The Seineyard at Wildwood. The prices are reasonable, so even though we came here for a special occasion, we will definitely come by for dinner anytime we are in the area. If you appreciate having excellent service as much as a great dinner, this is your restaurant!

Extensive menu, chips/nachos are served almost limitless, tasty, fair price. Not extremely cosy. Big place, lot of tables, almost run like a (highly efficient) factory.

I have gone here a few times: The coffee is real strong, the muffins are the best. Seams when I went there the muffins just came from the oven so they were fresh, hot and delicious. I just can't afford to go there. Great muffin and a coffee with a little tip is $6.00. I'm not poor by any sense of the word, but that is steep. I'm used to DD for $3.50.

Their phone number is 850-745-8687. They have the best chicken in town.
We stopped for a drink and ended up having some of the best fried chicken I've ever had...their chicken tenders are just that...tender and juicy...and tasty as all get out...if you're tired of all the seafood and want something comforting and yummy hit up the Stop and Save on Coastal Hwy 98 east...you'll be glad you did...
