My husband (a big tea drinker himself) and one of my four kids didn't care for the selection of food - the lunches are a little "light" (salad, small sandwiches and some soup). I don't drink tea very often but the selection is delightful! But great place for a lunch with a girlfriend.

Their cakes, cannoli, bread, etc. are delicious. I even got my wedding cake from them which was wonderful and beautifully decorated, but some of the people who run the place are unfriendly. I even spoke with my venue since they are contracted with them for all their cakes, and I was told they knew about the rude behavior but they stick with them because they are unsurpassed in the area for their excellent baking. Their baked goods deserve 5/5 but I knocked them down one for rudeness.

The coffee was excellent; the college crowd lent an energetic atmosphere. There is a saying on the roasted coffee that is something like this: "Developing flavor is art; repeating it is science." Applicable to the coffee I was served on more than one occasion.

This busy restaurant is one of the better values in the area. They are very family friendly, and the italian themed menu has something for everyone, including pizza and pastas. Food is pretty good. People tend to return over and over, which is a strong endorsement.

We stopped there on the way to Rhode Island. Our waiter spoke extremely poor broken English I had no idea what he was saying. My husband ordered Stromboli but was threw off by the American cheese and I ordered a buffalo chicken hoagie and it was so hot I could hardly muscle through it.

Restaurant and Catering Facility In Cortlandt Manor NY - Serving Mediterranean inspired New American Steaks and Seafood
This restaurant has been around forever and the "rock cut" surrounding it used to be much cooler with two sides. However, the food has become much better and much more creative since the chefs moved over from the now defunct "Taste" in Buchanan (probably a difficult location)/ We have been here twice and my hubby loved the steak and I loved the stuffed lobster tail as well as the lovely variety filled soup/salad bar. We also came for lunch - when there was NOT a "restaurant week" special, however it is so reasonably priced it didn't matter. I look forward to coming back again to try the duck wing appetizer.

This past wknd we decided to try Savannah's for the first time. The inseide is very interesting looking. I did not expect it to look as nice. I was very happy and surprised to see one of the large TV screen tuned into ME TV with sitcoms on with the CC on the screen. Nice touch folks! Not everyone wants to watch sports while dining. ;-)
We ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes which were very good but maybe should have been 1 dollar cheaper. The Brisket sandwich with chips was very good. I had the Pulled Pork Cuban sandwich with sweet potato fries. the sandwich was very good, however the bottom of the bread was slightly burnt. Other than that, it was very good. We ened up bringing half of both sandwiches home.
We will definitely go back and probably bring friends.

The atmosphere is pleasant when you enter. However the service is poor. The pizza is rubbery. It is very chewy and salty.

Greatest brunch around, it's creative, unique and always delicious. Staff is friendly and accommodating, always helpful. Bottomless mimosas with an extensive juice list is a great deal and delicious. Tapas at dinner time are also great. The bacon wrapped dates and empanadas of the day are favorites.
