Fenders menus have the All American Favorites, including hearty hamburgers, grilled and fried chicken breast, and a scrumptious selection of appetizers. Lunch and dinner specials are also offered giving you an original selection everyday. We also feature mouthwatering steaks and juicy pork chops. In addition, the full menu offered consists of not only the lunch and dinner, but all the original treats, such as banana splits, "Old Fashioned" thick milkshakes, and All American apple pie.
My mother took my wife, son, and I to Fenders Diner over the weekend! The whole restaurant pays homage to the classic 1960s style diners with great Burgers, fries, shakes, and much more.
My mother and wife had their potato soup special with grilled cheese sammiches and an added tomato slice. My son got their chicken nuggets and fries, but ended up eating most of my wife's soup! I, myself, took part in their Reuben, which is one of the best I've had in a long while.
The booths, tables, and chairs are reminiscent of those from the 60s complete with the little boomerangs on the table tops. The decor consists of old peddle cars, classic car models, old Coke memerobilia, and many other nostalgic pictures and nic nacks.
Everyone was very satisfied with the service we received and the quality of the food. This place would be great for a date night or family outing, I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

The food is good, and a great value. We've always had friendly service from this restaurant. Over the years the servers have changed, but they manage to keep good workers somehow. IMHO, this is the best value in Habersham.

This Dairy Queen was one of the first fast food restaurants in Cornelia in the 60s and all the teens loved to drive through and hang out there. Now more that 50 years later they are in the same location with a newly remodeled building. There breakfast food can't be beat! My husband goes over and picks up biscuits and gravy for me and a chicken biscuit for himself. Their chicken tenders are also some of the best in town. Make room for a chocolate shake or sundae later in the day. They've stood the test of time and outlasted a lot of other local eateries. Now the senior retirees are around for the coffee club!

Cornelia Dairy Queen is one of the best breakfast locations in Cornelia. They have excellent handmade biscuits, country fried steak, sausage, eggs, and gravy. They also have a loyal breakfast club of local followers. For lunch, snacks and sandwiches they are typical of other Dairy Queens. This location has been in operation since the 1960s.

The family and I have eaten here a couple times in the last month. The entrees have always come out hot and have been delicious. The kids especially like the buffet, being able to mix and match their favorites. The restaurant is clean and the staff has always been friendly. Looks like this may become one of our "go to" places.

We dined here with our entire softball team while in town for a tournament. We sat out on the patio, which was actually very nice, considering it was July. The food was great! One of the kids order a "junior" burrito, and it was massive! They definitely give you plenty of food. The service was pretty good as well. This was a nice find... I'm glad we came here.

Midtown Grill offers a large variety of burgers on their daily menu and monthly special burgers that are frequently holiday related--always interesting. I recently had the regular burger with all the toppings and asked for the slaw on the side so it came in a cup as a vegetable instead of a condiment. The side orders are very large--enough for two average diners to share. Their onion rings are crispy and tasty, but they really need to use a larger slice of onion as it is sometimes difficult to tell if there really is onion inside the batter. Their milkshakes are fantastic!

The customer service here is outstanding. It's nice to go to a place where the staff are focused on the needs of the customer and go out of their way to accommodate. They don't make you feel rushed or like you're just a number. Great place!
