This restaurant has been in operation for quite a few years together with Los Quintales, essentially same menu. It is probably one of the most successful in the region. Highly recommended. The service is generally great (occasionally it is crowded and logically they slow down a bit)

For many years has been one of the best sea food restaurants in town. I feel it is coasting down generally has many customers and so the service is not good, actually waiters tend to be rude and if you are not a favorite customer chances are they will ignore you.. still food is good, perhaps a little overpriced.

I literally tripped and bumped into a person on the street and met Raphael. I was looking for food and apologized as I was not watching where I was going, as I was looking for a restaurant. He said he had one with the best food. So we went there and he was not kidding!
We went back for breakfast and I brought my camera. We will stop by again on our return trip to Mexico City. We don't eat pork and dishes were prepared specially for our needs.

A nice atmosphere, a beautiful view of the famous building of "palacio de municipal", specially on the weekends when there is a nice music being played together with a beautiful colorful light show on the municipality building. The food is good. The small tacos (tacitos) you can have as the appetizer, are wonderful. The steaks they bring for you on a small BBQ and you can prepare your own steak on the table is a good experience. The services are satisfying. The manager checks out the tables once in a while and makes sure everything is ok. Michelala, a kind of drink made of beer, chili, lemon and salt is worth trying once.

Had lunch with a group of colleagues at a great table overlooking the square. Quality service, tasty amuse bouche of seafood soup and a range of nice predominantly fish and seafood dishes to choose from. I had the tacos pescado which were delicious. Local colleagues were more adventurous and their selections looked great. Also tried a fish roe dish which was nicely presented, served with rice and very tasty.

I've had breakfast today in this little restaurant located 5 min car drive from the historic center of the town. As all comments suggested food was very good and healthy. I had veggie omelette, quesadillas and orange juice and I was satisfied! Have a look at the pictures so you can trust me :-) and, by the way, it was also very cheap (120 mxn).

This place is an absolute gem! it absolutely tears down the stereotype of Mexican small coffee shops, specially within small towns such a Cordoba... this is a coffee shop (in regards to decor, ambiance a coffee quality) you would expect to find in any given major city anywhere in the world... which is why it becomes such a finding in Cordoba... in regards to quality coffee, Cordoba and surrounding areas are places when some of the best Mexican coffee is produced, so it is very likely you'll find nice coffee all over Cordoba, but to that you and the uniqueness of the ambiance and decor the place offer and you have a place where to spend hours either chatting, working or just by yourself... the downside is the service... when we tried this place it was being ran by a couple of teenagers who literally spent more time hating among themselves than caring about visitors... though coffee was well prepare I sincerely think they were not knowledgeable about coffee, and a place like this one does deserve a knowledgeable barista... it is a meaningful part of the spirit of a great coffee shop... finally, the place is not wheelchair accessible... I asked one of the security staff members to assist me to get into the shop and he was kind enough to help, but accessibility does not mean relying on someone to help but having the means to doit yourself... a place like this needs to improve its accessibility ASAP, it is doable...

This place is amazing, delicious food no matter what you pick from the menu. I’ve visited this place for years and it keeps it’s rear cuisine.
The only thing I don’t quite appreciate, is how loud the restaurant tends to get and it’s hard to park around this area.
Overall it’s a good place, one I fully recommend!
