Love this place! I have a card, so after so many yogurts, I get a free one. They have many flavors from which to choose, fresh looking fruit and many yummy toppings.

Visited with a bunch of guys from nearby development. Shortly after being seated, orders were taken. I had read their menu online and was aware they features a kielbasa (from Czerw's) sandwich so I knew what I wanted. After most of the others were served and halfway through their lunches, I was told they had no kielbasa and asked if I would want something else. Knowing that, by the time I decided and my lunch was delivered everyone else would be finished, I said no.
Many of the others seemed to enjoy their lunch, but there is absolutely no excuse to make someone wait more than 20 minutes to inform them that they would have to order something else because they had run out of a their selection. They had a big crowd so I guess it didn't pay for them to worry about a single customer. There are too many other good Italian restaurants in the area to give them another shot.

This was actually my second trip to FireBirds but I wasn't into reviewing for my first. Also, the first was rather unremarkable as with a group of friends more for appetizers and drinks than dinner. This time it was for a family Christmas dinner and my daughter-in-law picked the venue. It was packed when I got there but with reservations we waited only a short time to be seated. First, so happy with round table as it meant I could actually get to see and speak with my grandsons! Our waiter, Larry, was fantastic! We were able to order drinks while waiting and he was so very pleasant. Dinner was VERY good .. another really pleasant surprise as it I expected more ordinary cuisine. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, wines, and dinners and my husband and I would definitely return! And thanks again to Larry for checking on us throughout dinner yet not being a pain about it .. and for taking the time to come back before we left and thanking me for his tip! That was a first!

what a great experience at dinner last night. Our friends recommended the venue and we were taken back by the great food and service and lovely charming atmosphere. Frankly just didn't know about the place and we should have. Apparently some connection with the Black...MoreWere glad you enjoyed your visit. We were the founders of the Black Lab and owned it from 1999 to 2013 but we are no longer connected. The owners are a nice couple John and Feih. Thanks look forward to seeing you again.

I love to stop in here and treat myself to lunch when I'm in the area.
I absolutely love their brick oven pizza, specifically the personal melanzano whcih is to die for. Although i've never had anything bad here. All their food is wonderful and reasonably priced.
Always have great and friendly service. Your food is cooked to order and you get in a timely manner.

So an all-around diner, the best of which is breakfast. The menu has a huge selection including steaks. Fast service and you get seated right away. This a place that you go looking for because it is an old-fashioned diner -- an Americana that is a treat for tourists.

A few weeks ago I had the idea of getting lunch for the staff at work, as one of my coworkers was working his last day with us before moving out of town. I didn't give this restaurant much notice, but we needed 16 rolls, and several platters of food. They did a great job, and everyone at work was thrilled!

Saturday night may not be a great time for this place. VERY noisy. Service was ok. Menu looked very nice, but..... Salads were not good, dressing was tasteless. Lettuce was not very fresh. My wife had salmon teriyaki that was overcooked and covered with sauce. Not good at all. I had sushi/sashimi that was just ok.
Saw other TripAdvisor reviews and thought we would give it a try. We did and won't be back. I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Went Sat night at 7:30 pm with a reservation. 40 minutes later waitress took our order. Hour and 10 minutes later food out but missing 2 people. 30 minutes later everyone done and final food came out. Manager removed the two late meals and apologized which was nice but too little too late
