Good value for an 8 euro, three course menu del dia including bread and a drink. Quick service. Limited choice as expected but well presented. Good fresh salad. Gazpacho soup, choice of fish or meat for main course. Usual desserts but 'flan' creme caramel was very good. Will go again.

We stopped at Casa Paco for a change as we usually visit another restaurant along the same street. What a very pleasant surprise! The service was excellent, the drinks served quickly and the food was lovely. It is a traditional Spanish restaurant on the side of the road but away from the main traffic. Easy to park, clean and friendly. What more could you ask?

We are a bar & restaurant serving great value delicious food. We serve both South African, British & International dishes.
Another restaurant that is well reviewed and deserves it! Very friendly team and very good, freshly made food. We ordered the chilli with Natcho’s as a starter and it was almost enough to skip the main course and jump to the apple pie. Great outside Seating area with good views over the hills. Easy to recommend.

We popped here for lunch and ended up staying for 4 hours; the atmosphere was great and the food was amazing, would definitely recommend this place. doesn't look much from the outside but if you walk through the restaurant you come to a little courtyard which is perfect for afternoon dining and very pretty!
The food was very reasonable price for the quality and amount!

We have used the Mumtaz ever since emigrating to Spain some twelve years ago. I have to admit, in the early days it was nothing special, having eaten eastern food in most of the Indian outlets in the Andalucian region, it was pretty average.
However, in the past 3-4 years, the Mumtaz has patiently gained a reputation for quality indian dishes served the way you like it!
From the mild to the hot, the dishes are tasty, filling and fresh.... with side dishes always hot and variable.
Outside Seating is popular all year on the main road, and the Menu del dias are very reasonable during the day with the same standard of cuisinr for all times.
A lovely indian dish with an ice cold bottle of Cobra beer, a smile from the friendly staff (and excellent advice on the dishes) and a respectable bill at the end, it has to be said, apart from the bright lighting and plain decor inside, after trying most of the other outlets for this type of food in the area, this is by far superior and worth a drive for a good meal cooked the way you want.

If you are into Fish... and Fresh fish at that, - then Jarra is top of the tree. Simple Spanish restaurant that you might easily miss...a few tables inside and more Seating outside....
Fish this fresh and this well cooked comes at a price... fish is sold by the 100g weight, so you do get to control the bill so to speak.... starters, meal, wine, drinks and brandies comes in at around 40 euros pp...which is upper range for a local restaurant... but worth it!

Santiago's Kitchen is located in the heart of the old town in a sympathetically restored townhouse with an elegant dining room & beautiful courtyard garden surrounded by orange trees for warm summer evenings. Serving modern rustic cuisine with a focus on big flavours, we feature seasonal, local produce in dishes with Mediterranean & Asian influences.
Food is impeccable, always incredibly tasty with a varying menu that changes frequently. Incredible use of local ingredients which are in other restaurants used dismally in the Malaga area. I recommend everything about it. Natalie and Al are brilliant, as are every member of the team, servers and chefs alike. The restaurant is beautiful.
You need to book a table as it is always busy.

Love this restaurant for the menu de dia. Great value and great food. A three course lunch for €9 with a drink. Staff are great. Miguel is a diamond and he is currently studying to improve his English. It's a bit out of the way but very much worth going to.
