Our hotel was near by so we walked there during a snow storm on a Friday night. We were seated right away. Our waiter was friendly and helpful with suggestions. He even asked the chef to make pasta primavera for a friend. Servings are HUGE! I would definite recommend the half size. The gnocchi with pesto was delicious! Cocktails were a good pour too! If visiting Syracuse give a try!

This is second time this summer we have been here for the Sunday Brunch and was just as pleased as the first time! The selection was excellent, tasty and all hot, sometimes with buffets that is a problem. I definitely would recommend this to anyone who hasn't been here plus the scenic view of Oneida Lake!

Haven't been to Copper top in a while. We ordered at the bar because we didn't want to wait. Tasted some of their beer variety. One got Bangkok Bangkok Chicken and Shrimp. Though, he wished he'd ordered my Chicken Milanese because it was much better. Highly recommended!

I had to have my dessert fix, so I stopped by and got a frozen yogurt dish that was completely based around peanut butter. Yum! I had the peanut butter frozen yogurt with whipped cream, crushed peanuts, and then peanut butter topping! OMG...good stuff!!! I highly recommend this place.

next door to Red Roof Inn & Ramada Limited
We've been here twice this fall, on the recommendation of friends. Even my picky relatives enjoyed themselves. We ate down stairs on a very busy Friday night and upstairs on a relatively slow weekday evening. Our meals were well prepared and the service was excellent both times. Our friends were right. We'll definitely be back when we're in an Italian mood.

I really appreciate this place. Not only is the food good they also give back to the community. They donate door prizes, discount coupons, etc to almost every school club and organization.
I use them sometimes for home delivery and they have always arrived at the time they give you or before.

Oh, great foods! but you walk in there on a weekday, just TRY to get someone to wait on you. You walk around in an empty store, and you see the deli, and you think, that there looks interesting! And when someone show up, finally,...MoreSally We take customer service very seriously and am very sorry about your experience. I would love to personally talk to you to find out what happened. Half Restaurant. Half Store. All Country
We travel about an hour to get here and never disappointed. Food is great, service is excellent. Country Fried Chicken was crispy outside and moist inside. Try the no sugar added Apple pie.

Good dining experience. Decor is iffy in an essentially storefront location. Menu is admirably varied but not huge. I think that this is a good thing, and allows more control in the kitchen which means each dish shines. However, at least 6 of the items on the menu beckoned me. This is not your average red sauce Italian and reminded me of the trattorias of Rome. I really enjoyed the braised shortribs on papardelle. Another diner said the seafood fra diavolo was well cooked and spicy (as it should be). The third, less adventurous, reported twice how much he enjoyed his tenderloin. I had to have a bite, and found it to be amazingly tender and perfectly cooked. Finally, the service was prompt but unobtrusive.
