If you love the beach, but also want a little culture, you'll love Christiansted, one of St. Croix's two waterfront towns. Historic churches, charming courtyards, shaded walkways, stone arches, antique lampposts and rows of restored townhouses add to the city's appeal. Relax on a tranquil, white sand beach or float in the aquamarine water. Enjoy the many shops, boutiques, galleries, cafes and restaurants, or visit attractions like Fort Christianvaern, the Customs House and the Old Scale House.

Our concierge told us Duggan's was one of her favorites. And many other locals did also. And they were right on the money. We had lobster and swordfish which were both delicious. There are many choices for meat eaters not in the mood for seafood. Drinks were reasonably priced. Service was excellent.

My husband and I enjoy eating at this local restaurant when we visit St. Croix. You get a large plate of food for your money. The restaurant is average space , however the wait is minimal. If you visit St. Croix and drive down town Christiansted, please stop and eat her before leaving the island. The staff are professional and friendly. Feel free to ask questions about the local cuisine. I recommend their fish and fungi/ polenta. Harvey's is and island favorite and a fav for the tourist.

Right on the boardwalk with great views, good menu and great service. We ended up eating there twice in two days. Very efficient and well run restaurant, which if you did not know, is not the norm for the Islands. The restaurant is in front of Hotel Caravelle.

Our reservation was lost and not sure whose fault it was but the owner tried to make it up to us. The food was very good but the steak was a bit over-cooked and the staff is a bit pretentious. Don't think there's a better place to eat in Christenstead.

First time ever to the Bombay Club but certainly will not be the last.... started out with the mussel appetizer which had giant lobster chunks and delicious shrimps in an amazing white wine sauce followed by two perfectly cooked lobsters... an amazing meal in a quaint St. Croix classic!

Quiet courtyard setting, menu changes daily. Small batch cooking. All desserts made from scratch. vegan and gluten free options.
Food and service is excellent. If it is really busy it can take some time for food to come out but that is because it is prepared fresh. The vegetarian platter is awesome!! but so is everything else.

I was there about a month ago. The atmosphere seemed ok, not unlike any average restaurant, but the food I had was horrible. I ordered the meatloaf and mashed potatoes since I had had a recent dental procedure and could only eat soft foods. To my complete disappointment, the meatloaf looked like it was a week old and had been reheated multiple times. The edges were so hard that the knife made a tapping sound when I tried to cut into it, but I was starving so I ate around the edges. It was also painfully obvious that the gravy was straight from a jar. Ok, so that wasn't gonna kill me, BUT, the absolute worst part of my experience was almost putting a 3-inch hair into my mouth!! I showed it to the waitress and her only reaction was a raised eyebrow and an audible "oh." Personally, I think my meal should have been comped, but I would have settled for an offer of another meal and an apology...neither of which I received. As for the mashed potatoes, they were ok, but I wouldn't be surprised if they came from a box. I don't know about any of the other offerings at this place, but DON'T ORDER THE MEATLOAF!!

My husband and I stopped in while doing a self-guided walking tour of Christiansted. I had a banana, strawberry smoothie and he had a mango smoothie. Both were delicious and the perfect refreshment on such a hot and humid day. The service was quick and friendly. We sat inside and enjoyed the AC while we sipped our drinks. Definitely recommend a visit to this place!

My husband and I stumbled upon Cafe Fresco on our first day in Christiansted. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts. I had the special, spinach and feta quiche which was very good and my husband had the "hot teri" breakfast Sandwich which he said was Awesome! It came with Dr D's hot sauce which was a perfect mix of sweet and hot and the bacon was thick and perfectly prepared.
This is not fast food but that's ok because you get to enjoy a super quaint courtyard while sipping some very good coffee. We will definitely be back.

When we want to take a lovely drive overlooking the North Shore, have quiet ambiance, excellent service & great food on a Sunday afternoon following church we go to Rowdy Joe’s. Their full menu is back! They have fun appetizers, “comfort food” soups, delicious entrees and scrumptious desserts so plenty of options to choose from. We chose Teriyaki Edemame to start, 2 bowls of Clam Chowder soup to share, three wing specials, Lamb Empanadas and a basket of fries for the table! Brad, our very attentive waiter, even got my husband and I to order Rum Raisen Bread Pudding with whip cream which made it all the home! It made for a perfect afternoon lunch date!
