How can we begin to explain this fabulous restaurant with the most amazing Host Chiara and her wonderful staff....from exquisite Tuscan delicacies to gracious service you cannot go wrong. Many times I have looked forward to going to places I have studied on reviews, blogs etc and have been let down. It is unbelievably welcoming to not be let down and have my expectations met above and beyond. Please dine here you will not regret it...foreigners and locals alike eat at Ristorante Latini .....that should say it all.
Our heart felt thank you to Chiara and her entire staff.

We were recommended this restaurant by the owner of a local vineyard. We stayed in the former owners’ villa.
The food is cooked perfectly. The service is impeccable. The servers were knowledgable and passionate.
The food was a culinary celebration, and the meal itself was an experience.
The variety of bread, olive oils, and balsamic vinegar alone was fantastic!

Restaurant with garden and panoramic views of San Gimignano and the Tuscan hills. The dogs are welcome.
We were recommended this restaurant by friends who live in Certaldo. We first went for lunch and had a delicious meal, the pici was amazing. We then booked our final meal of our holidays there. We were given a table with amazing views over Certaldo and you could see San gimignano in the distance. We opted for the speciality t bone steak florentine style with potatoes and veg on the side. We had it rare, as you should do and it was absolutely delicious. We also asked for recommendations for the wine and ended up with the most fabulous Brunello! Our waiter was very helpful, spoke good English and made sure our glass stayed topped up! We were even treated to a complimentary lemoncillo and coffee. We will definitely return to this lovely restaurant. Grazie mille xx

Pizza preparata con farina italiana macinata a pietra, anche a pranzo, pasta fresca, carne alla griglia, piatti di pesce, dolci fatti in casa.
Il pirata has one of the best pizza menus that I've ever seen. Pasta is also great, salad with octopus was superb and service really nice. Prices are more than ok. We already been here couple of times and we will come back for sure.

Doesn't look like much, but looks aren't everything. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and very helpful. We sat out on the street at one of their small tables on a warm sunny day. Surrounded by the old buildings of Certaldo Alto the atmosphere was quite idyllic.

Hard to find because there's no sign. they offer three different sizes from a small starter type up to a big appetite or sharing size. great crispy bases , loads of topping choices , very reasonable by UK standards and the piece de resistance is a superb strawberry pizza that should and would catch on over here in the UK if it could be replicated. it was stunning. highly recommended and sixty euros for five with wine and coffee.

We were looking for something small, intimate and very local. You know family run and not touristy. This place is a gem. Without doubt the best meal during our seven day stay in this area (San Gimignano and Certaldo). We arrived at our villa in the late evening and on recommendation of our host we went to this restaurant. It was frequented by locals and casual atmosphere. We decided on the ' gusto' where we trusted the owner to produce 4 dishes of the day. Good value for a quick meal. Friendly. Average food but enjoyable.

The restaurant is located in a building dating back to 1800, the atmosphere that you breathe is familiar, warm and friendly, here you can enjoy the typical Tuscan cuisine. For the preparation of the dishes we use mostly local products such as meats, cheeses, olive oil, wine, etc. The pasta such as tagliatelle, pappardelle, gnudi, potato gnocchi and ravioli hare homenade....into the past and tradition made of ancient flavors.
If you are looking for authentic, rustic Tuscan cooking, this is the place for you. Menu simple and inexpensive. No English spoken but we managed to pick an excellent meal with the help of the waiting staff (probably owners.....). Within 800m of the Panorama del...Moregrazie per la recensione. Lucia e Roberto
