We visit this restaurant on a regular basis and have never been disappointed. The menu is very well prepared plus they offer a special weekly menu in addition to seasonal specials. The offer will please everyone. The chef and owner is exactly what a person in this position should be - very knowledgeable and with wide international experience. He only uses fresh products and the result is pure pleasure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a place where everyone will be happy. I can only recommend it.

the restaurant was extremely well decorated and looked the part. Having said that we were the only customer. The food was great. out arrived quickly after being ordered and the mushroom sauce on the steak was excellent. The potatoes were well presented and tasty.

I read a review on the Triton and decided to book. The restaurant seats about 20 people, thereabouts, very intimate. The interior is very unusual, a ghetto, cave like effect. The food and service were amazing, very professional waiters in every aspect albeit friendly and accommodating.
Try something a little different!

I visit this restaurant on a regular basis since 2008. It has had some changes in ownership, but the concept, food quality and level of service has remained the same. Easily the BEST in the Cernosice area. Indeed, it is delightful to have such an excellent restaurant in my area while most other establishments here are typical or dingy Czech pubs or average eateries aimed for the local working class. Not wanting to sound as a snob, let me point out that Aquarius also caters to the average (low income) local families by offering daily lunch specials and weekly weekend offers that are affordable to all. But, it's decor, service and food standards are unusually high for the Praha Zapad area, more on par with the top restaurants in central Prague. I have been meaning to write a positive review of this place for ages, but a part of me did not want to let the cat out of the bag in case it motivates too many tourists and out of town visitors to overcrowd this restaurant. It is bad enough at lunch times when the local housewives descend on this place with their badly behaving young brats and crying babies. Luckily, when the cheap lunch hour specials are over and in the evenings, one can enjoy a stress-free atmosphere, good wine and an excellent dinner. Keep it up, Aquarius!

We stayed in the stary dum hotel for a few days and it was great. The restaurant serves very nice food and the staff is very helpfull. The location is perfect for a city trip to Prague, only 20 min by train. Prices are very low compared to the value you will get.

This restaurant has very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and big menu, so everyone can choose from pizzas, pastas to different kinds of meat and their specialties. However, for its location in a small village outside of Prague I consider it bit pricey, there are other very good restaurants in Cernosice that are cheaper.

While this is not a restaurant, so one cannot expect much more than snacks and nibbles, the service is great and the range of wines is above average. Nice place in which to get some Italian meats for a home made Sandwich or to sit down for a coffee or a glass of wine.

Went to Bolleta with a family with 3 small kids during our biking trip just by coincidence. What a nice surprise to find such a good restaurant. Great selection of food and drinks, good service and priced reasonably looking at the quality. Our kids loved the garden equipped with the "happyhop" castle. Definitely recommended if you are around.

We have been there with friends for karts, the food was decent (burger and fries), the prices a bit over the average in Prague. We had a very good time, the place is comfortable and very good for going out with friends.
