How have I missed this place ? I have driven past this restaurant several times and never stopped. The other evening we had no definite dinner plans so we rode toward Centre, Alabama. That's when I remembered Tony's. I am sure glad I did. I had the small sirloin and it was delicious. My wife had the filet which was also delicious ( I had a small bite !). The salad bar atop an old claw foot bathtub was very good. We also shared a fried apple pie with ice cream. It was huge but we managed to finish it all. We will surely be going back to Tony's.

While visiting Mother-in-Law in Centre, we went twice. First time my hub and I tried white B-B-q, what a pleasant surprise! Brisket was awesome, as was pork and stuffed potato. Next time we all had burgers, top notch. Service A-One.

When teachers' get together in town, one of the best places to eat between workshops is at The Bar-B-Que Place and more. It is clean, the food is good, and the tables are large. There is a room that can be used for meeting and eating at lunch.

You may not expect great food from a gas station, but Fuel City (formerly Shell Mart) has some amazing barbecue. They also have wonderful breakfast biscuits and a daily buffet that is excellent. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed!

The best chicken fingers I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. They stopped putting that yummy seasoning on their fries that made them so delicious, maybe you have to ask for it now. Last time I ordered just the fries and they were not seasoned or fresh. But if I want chicken fingers, this is where I go. Don't forget the comeback sauce!

This is our second trip for dinner here. Plenty of food and great wait staff. The beer is ice cold, the salsa is good without being too spicy, the salsa verde is excellent if you like more spice and if you really like it hot, they have bottled habanero sauce. Nice decor. Fresh ingredients. Bueno!

We've been visiting Weiss Lake for 10 years and just recently found about this place. Someone locally had recommended it and couldn't believe we had never heard of it. Found it on Google and followed the navigation but thought for sure it couldn't be right. This place is way off the beaten path. It was a Saturday night; there were no street lights and even the restaurant sign at the road wasn't lit up....just a building with a few lights around it. But it was everything they had told us...emmaculately clean, very friendly staff, and down home southern style cooking. It will probably be a regular place for us when we're visiting the lake more often as the weather warms up. There were just a couple of other families there but we understand the place is standing room only on Sunday afternoons.

The food is very good and the service is excellent. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is good for a fast food restaurant.

Very easy to find and good parking. Order taker was very good and helpful. Had deluxe seafood platter, good choice of seafood and very good. My wife had a whitefish platter, really good. Fried green tomatoes were good. Great place for the family, they have kid's meals. This is one of the better Capitan D's that I have been in. We had a nice lunch, great service and good value.
