The slogan of 'If you enjoy your meal tell your friends, if you don't tell us' ensures the quality service, fantastic food and great value for money can be found at the Pink Turban every day of the week. Diners can relax in the traditional surroundings of the dining room, which can seat up to 120 people, and enjoy a drink from the well-stocked and modern bar.

We booked a table for lunch today. Staff were polite, cheerful and very helpful - meals were “ok” but the length of time from order to serving each course was certainly very slow and poor as we were served the same course at different times — desert was mediocre and I had finished mine before the others were served. There was no presence of staff in the restaurant other than serving meals (there was only about 10 people in) a very leisurely lunch around 2.5 hours.

Just lovely well-cooked good value modern Scottish food in an unexpected setting
Had a great lunch here with my mum. The pate was delicious as always and the braised rump was so tender. Portion sizes were great and fantastic value at £7.95 for two courses. Would definitely recommend a visit here.

Sampled the Spring menu on Wednesday, the first day it was available. Wasn't disappointed, the meal was exceptional.
Staff continue to be attentive and professional in a relaxed atmosphere.
This restaurant has now been in Lanark for over 35 years and has continually produced fabulous food.
Thanks to the lovely staff, Pasquale and Aldo, not forgetting the main man Tiziano.
Thanks for all of our lovely meals over many years

Visited this restaurant along with 6 members of my family (including 2 children)
Good selection from main menu, good choices from children's menu.
Food was served well and hot. Lucky to be seated in front room which is good for children and away from bar.
Would return again for dinner.

pleasant venue, well set out, good lighting, subtle decor, staff very friendly and professional. quality of food was excellent and cooked perfectly, the only reason i'm not giving it full marks is due to the "home made bread" this was not home made, if it was I'd be employing another baker! it was also hard and unpalatable/tasteless with the soup, it was the same bread also used for the garlic bread with garlic butter and parsley on it, shame really as everything else was really good and tasty.

We walked in for a snack - ordered baked potatoes - chatted with Laura (who runs the cafe) - and became absorbed into the friendly atmosphere among the regular lunchers. And having time to spare, we wandered over to the cake display... We felt like Aladdin when he opened the treasure cave... I asked Laura who supplied the cakes: "We all do," she said... "All home-made." So while Buay selected the toffee, apple and pecan cake, I went for the coffee-&-walnut creation. Thank you, Laura... we enjoyed being introduced to your home-baking...

it is a nice open light restaurant, and being busy is a good sign in this case. It is a bit touristy pricing, Food is always good and it is always clean which is a big thing for me. Can get a little noisy when full. but very good a round
