Tradicional andorran restaurant located in a refurbished stone barn. Open fire grill and Local cuisine using a maximum of local produce. Unique and welcoming environment.
Didn't realise the position of this place in terms of rankings in Soldeu when we booked but understand why. It has an original and broad menu offering modern, hearty food. Booking essential as it gets popular with groups and families.
Good veggie choices with beetroot and feta salad starter featuring a whole beetroot. Taste combination worked well with the basalmic dressing. Vegetable lasagne main was similarly nice although possibly lacking some additional seasoning.
A €15 bottle on temparillo and bottle of still water completed was an excellent meal.
Total bill was €68 for two which was acceptable given quality of the food.

The restaurant and Bar are on two different levels in a beautiful old Andorran Barn. The restaurant offers a wide range of foods, from salads, pizzas to fillets and huge t-bone steaks. We are proud that everything we make is fresh and made to order every day. We are very busy so it is always best to reserve a table. On a Tuesday we do a rib shack night that also gets very busy so you must book to get a table!!
Went 2 times. Once for rib night and the other for Normal menu dining. Both were absolutely amazing and I would reccomend either to anybody & will be going here again next season. Only disappointed I’ve not been before. Helped by the great service, ambience and atmosphere.

The bar does a great G&T with the normal local generous measures. Food was very good, and the outdoor area had a great atmosphere at sunset. The bar does close early, 8 or 9pm depending on the day.

We had a croque-monsieur and a Sandwich for lunch, then coffee, a couple macarons and an almond cookie for dessert. The croque-monsieur (labelled bikini) was lukewarm and the cheese on top was hard. It would've needed more time under the griddle and I suspect mine was simply microwaved. The almond cookie was tasty but a bit dry. The macarons, however, were simply delicious.

We wanted to enjoy our dinner in Andorra in a Borda (typical Pyrenees farmer house) and we booked Borda Vella. Everything was perfect: the service, the food, the wine... Nice atmosphere as well. We were sleeping in Andorra la Vella but definetely the trip was worth it (less than 10 minutes).

This is Andorra, so standards are lower and perhaps this is the best place around. But do not expect anything exceptional. Some ingredients ar ebelow average (bread, beens were terrible), some are above average. Price around 20 euros for three courses lunch is about fair. Owners are nice.

When you're only skiing for a weekend, every lunch counts, and Arrosseria did not disappoint.
Even though the weather was foul, the welcome and dining room was warm, and the picture windows just added to the contrast between the inside and outside (50kph winds and -20degC with wind chill, since you ask).
The short menu was promising, and six of us ate the local soup speciality, mussels, confit lamb, slow roast pork, and paella. All were splendid and were washed down with a couple of bottles of good Spanish wine.
We'll be back next year as this is now our joint favourite on the Andorra slopes, along with Refugi Llac dels Pessons at Grau Roig.

Restaurant with a family atmosphere aa menu from Monday to Friday at noon for 10 euros and an extensive menu from shorts match dishes sa tapas through the meat on the grill with charcoal grill and the best fresh fish at a single price mariscadas and grills
Can't really comment on the food, etc as we never got to eat there. All I can say is that staff was very rude and unprofessional. For some reason, they tried to look very busy and avoid people waiting for a table. They just wouldn't give us a table and kept saying, in broken English, "no table" even though we could see empty tables. Avoid!

Visited recently with friends and weren't disappointed. Tastefully decorated in a rustic style it was warm and comfortable. The menu was varied and included Octopus, Squid, Chicken, Steak to name but a few. The starters were also of a good variety and the portions large. When eating in Andorra you must remember if you order steak "well done" it will be red in the middle but don't hesitate to ask them to cook it more thoroughly. The meat is cooked in an open fire and the flavours were delicious. The meal was accompanied by Red wine and water and 5 out of the 6 present had dessert and we paid around €30 per head which I thought very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. We will be returning to this Restaurant on out next visit to Andorra.
