Alaska Pete's is a local favorite restaurant. We specialize in a great dining atmosphere, service and above all excellent food quality. Serving lunch and dinner, we are a casual and highly recommended restaurant. Full bar service, lots of televisions at the bar area to see your favorite sports.
Followed a local gent's recommendation to dine here. Able to sit where desired to watch football on TV on a Sunday early afternoon. Large menu with BBQ specials menu also. Wife started with chili and I had crab soup, both very good. Wife's entree of pulled pork very good, enough to take some home for later. I had brisket and topped it off with half rack of ribs for a reduced fee. Brisket was tender, cut with a fork, ribs slightly overcooked, dry. Both served with a skimpy amount of bbq sauce-use to a choice of sauces at the table at other BBQ joints. Our server was great! Will definitely return when back in the area. Nice atmosphere with nifty antiques.

We visited on Saturday night of Labor Day Weekend and ordered take out for a party of 13. We ordered a variety of entrees, 2 orders of steamed dumpling appetizers, and 3 orders of the special coconut milk rice with mango dessert. Everything was fabulous. My immediate family had the phad thai and 3 different curry dishes. I really cannot say which was my favorite because they were all delicious. Dessert was very satisfying - just the right amount of sweetness and richness. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

We are a rustic country restaurant located in the heart of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation area. Established in 1949
Visited Walpack Inn with friends. The setting for the restaurant is beautiful. The staff scatter corn outside by a huge picture window for the deer. When the deer come down from their hidings diners can watch them eating the corn. etc. I ordered Seafood Combo,...MoreThank you for the honest review, Dawn! We're glad you enjoyed the views! We're sorry about your baked potato. They are usually pretty good here; we don't wrap them in anything before baking them! Hopefully we can serve you another great meal soon!

We stayed in Bartonsville. This restaurant is like 15 mins drive away. But this was a good decision to try this restaurant. Waitress Maria was very attentive and explained the dishes and ingredients well. She recommended appetizers and Peruvian juice to us which were excellent choices.
The restaurant is small but comfortable enough for 4 of us to sit. All the food from this restaurant was fresh and tasted good. If you come to the area and want to try Peruvian food. This is a good choice.
We also chatted with the owner a bit after I saw so many Machu Pichu pictures on the wall. Those pictures were customers who had visited Peru and came back to restaurant to post on the walls. Nice.

We came here for Sunday brunch and walked away delighted. All the food tasted so good! The vegetables were super fresh as were the herbs used to season them. The garden omelette was phenomenal and the serving huge for under $10. My daughter had French toast that was thick and tasty. My husband had a sandwich with ham, Turkey and fresh arugula on amazing bread. We also sampled a short stack of blueberry pancakes - fantastic. The server was friendly and even went next door to the sister store that was closed as someone in the restaurant needed a gluten-free bakery item.
My only regret is that this restaurant is so far from my home! Definitely deserves its 5-star top ranking - thank you TA !!!

On the scenic route between Milford and Marshalls Creek. Stopped on the way south and so good I made it the return lunch stop 5 days later on the way north. Friendly staff, delicious selections and comfortable tables indoors and out. You can also pickup a few staples or treats for traveling.camping or kayaking on the Delaware.

Ate their with my wife and kids. First thing, missing two settings and placemats. Waitress doesn't seem to care or stopped caring about her guests. Wasn't very engaging. We ordered the steamed clams and clams casino along with the calamari. The steamed clams were good, although warm. The clams casino were the worst we have ever had. So dry the breadcrumbs had no flavor and the clam was shoe leather inside. The calamari was average. My wife ordered the seafood medley and substituted the white clam sauce, instead of marinara, the entire dish had no flavor, she ate 3-4 bites and left it. I ordered the lasagna, little flavor, filled with mushroom and almost no meat, ate half left the rest. Kids had pizza, this was actually pretty good. Now the service. Our appetizers and entrees all came out at once, the pizza 10-15 minutes later. We were checked on once in the first 35 minutes, forgot our soda refills. She left again after clearing our table, and we didn't see her for another 25 minutes, letting us sit there. When she finally came back my wife ordered the cheesecake and we asked for the check and box. Another 20 minutes and she finally comes back, no check and no box. 10 minutes later we finally have a check and a box. She still had to come back take the credit card. We finally got out of there after 1.45 hours. For 91.00 dollars the service could have been, should of bee top notch.
Please read the other reviewers. We aren't the only ones to experience this, won't be back.

The Gem and Keystone Brewpub's menu features special bounty produced from the rich soil along the Delaware River from our own private Shawnee Island Farm™ (in season). Using local produce, all natural meats, PA farmstead cheeses and sustainable seafood, which match the Shawnee mission of reducing our carbon footprint and encouraging a healthier lifestyle. We use oak wood to fire our grill and offer vegetarian and gluten free menu options. We are a scratch kitchen, so our sauces, dressings and desserts are all made in house. Our restaurant is the official home of ShawneeCraft(R) artisan beers---handcrafted and brewed on the premises for your refreshment; we also have a reputable wine list along with a broad cocktail and martini menu. Conveniently located on the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort property, our outdoor dining is second to none with its breathtaking view of the Pocono Mountains. Reservations are recommended on the weekends.
Decent food but the building was extremely cold. Don’t know if the heat works or maybe because the building has a lot of windows. Decent food although they were out of most of the items we wanted to order. Could use some updating. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

a couple of good drafts but the tables, chair, facilities are old, some broken, seeming to date back 40 years (not in a charming or nostalgic way) or so and the food is average at best. in fact the whole bushkill "resort" athletic facilities (wreaths restaurant is located) is the same - run down, dirty, broken or missing electrical cover plates, dirty bathrooms. the whole saw creek "estates" community and facilities is underwhelming at best and really non attended.
